Super India Food Market — Attraction in Cambridge

I have been to Super India food market several times now, and I am very impressed by the huge selection of different varieties of items they sell. The store is very big and clean, it didn't have any odor as someone wrote here. There was a huge selection of fresh Indian vegetables...it was stocked full. If you come after their regular delivery day you will find it fully stocked. This store I find sells items quickly, so I am always seeing them re-stock, which means items are fresh as they sell quickly. I am just happy I don't have to drive to KW anymore.

The sweet guy at the cash was awesome, always cheerful. I did not find any rude employees in the store at any time. What impressed me the most is the large selection of Indian items, including unique sweets, etc. The owner even told me that if I don't find something, I'm looking for to let him know, n he will get it for me. Great place to find almost anything from back home. I'm super happy to find this store!! :)

Today, I found the custard apple fruit, fresh green chana (Indian peas), and freshly cut sugar cane. I'm looking forward to Indian mangoes 🥭 from back home. I can't wait!! Thanks for bringing us more variety of stuff to try. Check out their Indian...

Editing my review after the owners reply! You said I come every week and argue with your staffs? Which is a great lie, I left without saying a word when you denied for taking any action about the damaged product. Also when I come every week I would obviously expect some resolution being a regular customer. Which you failed. You guys think so much about giving an extra cover to customer who buys stuff for more than 100$ every time? So cheap. I would never recommend this shop to any of my friends, worst staff behaviour. Every time I buy one or other product is either expired or decayed. I kept ignoring the issue and was going back because it’s nearby my house, but today I faced the worst. When retuned with damaged product they denied to replace it and told me that it is my responsibility to have noticed it. This was my 1st visit to this store in Nov 2021. Here are the highlights 🙂 SIZE -- I was amazed to see the size of the store and wide variety of Indian food items . This is undoubtedly one of the big Indian store as compared to other indian stores in KW area.🎊 COLLECTION -- Very vast variety of grocery , food items, vegetables etc are available. 👍 PRICE -- Very attractive prices as compared to other indian stores.Quite cheap and well balanced.💰 CUSTOMER SERVICE - I met Sejal .She was very forthcoming and customer focused.Good customer service.🙏 SANITATION and QUALITY -- Very neat and clean store.Proper space between the aisles.
