Not a great experience. I tried to purchase a heritage classic patch from the store, even though I checked online first. The store clerk told me they were all sold out and had no idea if they would even get any in, then proceeded to tell me to order it online from their store at a nice shipping cost of $12 even though they had many in stock. I found out later that they had indeed in stock the patches that I tried to buy in person, which were across the street at the arena. So when I got home I proceeded to order them from the “their online store” and they were packed and shipped that same day and showed up the next day. I was surprised to see them that quick. Lo and behold the return shipping address was the solitude which I had just visited the day before. When I called to speak to the store manager I was explained the reason which made no sense that that store and the store across the street where different 😂. All he could say was I’m sorry that the employee gave me the wrong information. It’s sad that it has come to this as an experience to a fan who’s paid money to appreciate his team and actually this is my first time visiting that store and actually buying anything from them. I WILL NOT be going back to do business with them ever...

I decided to browse the webpage in order to find some products to purchase. Found something I liked and I’m given the option to select stores which have this product there. So I made my way to downtown Edmonton from Spruce Grove. Seeing that they have it in stock, I figured it was best to go look at it in person. I go right to the worker upon my arrival to ask where I can find the product I want, showing them the product on my phone and they smugly tell me that this is last year’s model and they don’t have that. I pull up the website where it shows that they have it in inventory and I’m told that it needs to be shipped from their warehouse and that I should’ve known this because it’s in the FAQs. What a ridiculous waste of my time today. And I wasn’t the only person having the same issue as I heard another customer having it out with one of the staff members about the same problem. In the past, I had given the store a five star rating but today that changes. So now I gotta order it online anyways, and hopefully it makes its way to the store at some point here during this busy holiday season. Also, parking isn’t free down here either, so...
Read moreI ordered 4 custom jerseys for the Heritage Classic back in September/October, which included names & "23" for family photos etc. After NUMEROUS issues, being told someone logged the order wrong, the wrong size numbers being ordered for the kids jerseys, and then only completing ONE jersey, even though I ordered 4. We were consistently being told they would be "one more week .... One more week", I finally recieved them on January 12th. No one seemed to take responsibility. We live in the area and we would pop in from time to time to get an update because no one cares to phone us and we were always avoided. Icing on the cake was making my husband pay for a bag.... With his name on it might I add after they were finally completed. The jerseys look great, but the experience took the joy...
