I went to get my shellac done yesterday. Told this lady what I want, the colour and design. She said “YES” I understand that there’s a language barrier here I’m not fluent myself. But what made me disappointed is i asked her few times if she remember the design I want if not I’ll keep my open, she said “YES” so i let do what she has to do until she started painting my nails plain. I then told her to stop because it’s wrong she apologized and I said its “okay” she then started doing everything all over again. Even I kept my phone open, she still didn’t do what design I like, it’s not simple its just curly lines, nothing complicated. She then struggle doing french tips and I keep telling her its not looking great it’s not straight. Shs keeps insisting “okay okay”. Then the nail polish she puts in started to make bubbles and i told her that she kept saying “its okay” i said “okay” once again. She then try to fix things but gone worse. She called the other old lady and corrected her but they did nothing. She’s almost done with my nails and she has not fix what i asked her to fix. I reminded her that she still has something to fix and that I’m not happy anymore she didn’t say anything but she sigh and didn’t make a face. I just gave ip there as I cannot stand her anymore. When she finally finished everything, the other old lady ask if I like it I just did not answer but showed her that it doesn’t look great. Line or design is completely different form what I showed her and the french tip doest look even. She just “oh yeah”. I kept quiet and paid waiting for them to say something but didn’t even apologize or anything. That’s bring me here leaving a bad comment. I’m so sorry but you guys don’t deserve a good review from your service yesterday. I asked for Shellac too but the polish is coming off already it’s not even a dag yet. You guys need to be more honest if you can’t do the design you are shown. I dont mean to be racist but learn the language a lil more so uk how to communicate with your clients to run a good business. Be honest as well if you didn’t understand the msg you were given. I’m sure the costumers would be okay explaining again to make you guys are on the same page. If you made a mistake claim it apologize. I’m sorry but I would never come back here again. I’m sure there’s other good artist here but none of them offered help hwre. Not a good tram for my...
Read moreIf I could give this place a negative star I would. Doesn’t even deserve one star. I went here for a fill and a pedicure. The full was good but I had French manicure shellac pedicure with no massage and my bill came to 150 without tip. I país but thought that was a lot. I’ve never paid that much for both before. Then it got worse. About a week later I noticed a dark spot on the big toe nail on my right foot. I kept my eye on it and it got bigger and bigger. I realized I had been given a fungus infection which was confirmed by my doctor. I went into the salon and spoke to the one woman who speaks decent English and she took a look, got my details and said someone would be in contact. I received an email a few days later. They wanted me to go to my doctor and get a doctor note or telephone my doctor office and authorize them to speak to my doctor. Also provide pictures and my receipt which I don’t have because I didn’t get one but paid by debit do the transaction shows in my banking history. I replied that I was not willing to jumó through hoops. They said it looked like a bruise but my appointment was November 22 and if it were a bruise it would be faded by now and it’s only gotten worse.
They do not sterilize properly here and their customer service is horrible.
Do not risk a fungal infection. There are lots of other nail salons that won’t charge $150 for a nail fungus.
I will be notifying the...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I called a day in advance and made an appointment specifically with Danny. When I arrived, I told the staff multiple times that I was there to see him, but he never saw me and instead passed me off to another staff member without any explanation.
The pedicure was anything but relaxing. The technician was cold and harsh, making the experience feel more like being poked and prodded than pampered. The water was cold, and despite me mentioning this at least three times, she made no effort to adjust the temperature or even check if it was better. The hot stones and hot towels were also cold, adding to the discomfort. There was no real massage during the pedicure—just someone rubbing lotion on my legs, something I could do at home.
The manicure was just as disappointing. Even though I was charged for a manicure, there was no massage, no effort to provide a relaxing experience, and overall, it felt rushed and incomplete.
I don’t understand why businesses allow customers to book appointments with specific staff members if they have no intention of honoring them. This was my first visit at this salon and I’m hugely...
