Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in City of Langley

I just wrote a review for this place, and realized it was the wrong store! I will NEVER go back here again!!!! I just came in for a pizza with unlimited toppings.... I asked if they can cut my pizza into squares and I was told that she couldn't do that because it was round, but she would try. She asked her colleague if they could do that and she said no. (This is the 1st I've ever heard of a pizza joint NOT able to cut a pizza into squares!!!) I wanted to scan my app to earn points, but she saidher scanner didn't work. So when I went to pay for it, I asked her if my points went on, and she as like, "No". So I said, "Well I guess I'll have to redo the transaction then".(What a pain in the a$$!) The counter where they made the pizzas, was pretty dirty! I was like, "You guys clean in between pizzas, right?" "Yes" she responded...... only they didn't clean once while I was there! They had made about 4 or 5 more pizzas, including mine. (But because they make them in a pan, I didn't say anything!) I also noticed them reusing the pans, and just taking out the dough leftover from the previous pizza! The other lady had joined the 1 at the till, and started doing my pizza. When I was asking her to add more ham (which I don't even think was ham!), she only used 1 slice and then another. She told me that they're only allowed to put a certain amount on! Um..... are you joking? "Perhaps it shouldn't be called 'unlimited toppings'?" I said. "That just means you can have all the toppings," she responded. As in, "not unlimited toppings of a few kinds", just all of them! 🤔 I asked her if she could heat up the bacon separately, so I could have it extra crispy and she said she couldn't do that. I thought that was weird, so I just asked for it on the side. I had gotten 1 pizza, with 2 different halves..... When putting pepperoni on the 1 side, she only used about 5 or 6 slices! (I felt like I was being punked) "Can I have it on the whole half, please?" I had to repeat myself to get her to understand what I was saying. I also asked for more cheese, and she put on just a sprinkle of it! When I told her I wanted more, she just threw it in the oven.

So when I got home, I took out the bacon to heat it in the microwave. Had it been real bacon, it would've went crispy in a matter of seconds...... BUT IT DIDN'T! IT WASN'T EVEN REAL BACON!!!! (If anyone knows what kind of bacon this is, please let me know!) It looked like a type of back bacon or something!!!??? (Which is not bacon at all! No wonder why she couldn't heat it up separately!) The cleanliness of this place was non-existent, and the service was ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!

Bottom line:

1. The staff does not clean their counters
2. They reuse dirty pizza pans
3. "Unlimited toppings" does not mean unlimited toppings!
4. It appears that the ham and the bacon are not real ham and bacon!!!
5. The ingredients claim to be fresh, but they are far from it! (The mushrooms and olives are from a can-NOT fresh!)

This location needs to either shut down, train their staff, or change their name to "Unfresh Slice Pizza"! What a disgrace!!!! Head office needs to be made...

If u r reading my review - order pizza somewhere else. I am writing this review while I am sitting in my doctor's clinic. I collected my pizza at 1:45 yesterday it was a Mediterranean Feast veggie pizza. And an intern (her first day of training) made my pizza. I didn't know this until when I opened my pizza and saw that slices were cut irregularly, least amount of toppings and pizza sauce base was missing LMAO. I called the store and they said it was an intern who made it. I said u should have atleast asked me or made sure that it had tomato sauce base atleast.

I still let that go, I had 2 slices and the taste was disgusting. My whole family left it and we threw it. Today morning we all are sick with stomach flu, I am puking out and I have chills and fever.

I called again to the store the manager said that pizza base was STALE and OLD and intern didn't know.

I am in touch with CTV news they are going to covered for this real bad. I will also report to kitchen safety compliance and shut their business. Thank u for making me sick.

Guys trust me stay away or u will be calling in sick...

I order a pizza on their website and the pizza was delivered to the wrong house the picture shows the wrong house too. The women on the phone was yelling and auguring with me, that its #ubers faults for it and not theirs . Its their website! They took no ownership and the manger wasn't in . Tany , you need to get your crew in line . I won't deal with you again . I will be back charging the order if you don't make it right.

( Updated 3 hours later ) I had to call back again, The same women is a very rude and unprofessional claiming that it was my fault for the wrong address this time. I will be recommending my company and my family and friend to ever again to deal with them . I will be back charging this company on top of it .

(Jan 16 ) It been filed with your company. I would like it to be resolved before back charging it.

( Jan 31 ) No respond from the company or the manger of this place . The back charge has been placed and moving...
