I would've given less stars, but my spouse said his meal was "okay, although sause was too sweet", so to be fair... We came and waited to be seated for a couple of minutes - there's been nobody at the front. Taken to our seats by the host and left there with menu. Nobody attends to check upon us to see if we have questions or ready to order for quite a time (new place for us, so we had plenty of time to study the menu and I had time to go to the loo and return). Saw a waiter passing by and said we were ready only to hear she'll go and fetch our waiter. Placed an order and waited a bit more. The food arrived and looked nice, however my first attempt to try it (I ordered beef souvlaki) almost failed. The two pieces I was able to finish were super chewy and I could barely cut it, only to see they were undercooked (nobody asked how I wanted it - and again, never heard of souvlaki being cooked to different levels). I took off the third piece off the stick and found it was 'bleeding'. We've been eating for about 5-10 minutes by then, nobody stopped by to check if the food was okay. So again: asking the bypassing waitress and hearing the same - "I'll go to fetch your waiter". I explained the situation and was asked if I want to reorder with different meat or have it redone, and I refused, as my experience is - if meat is not cooked properly the first time, it'll be either undercooked again or burned. Asked to take it away (I ate 2 out of 4 pieces of meat from the first skewer, half of Greek salad, half of potatoe and a couple of scoops of rice). We were not asked to pay for it, which I appreciate. However we haven't seen anyone again up until we asked for a bill, nobody asked if I would like to check the menu and see if there's something else I should like to order, dessert, etc. Disappointing experience.
Comments on the side: 1) inside restaurant smells of cleaning supplies, but what triggered me - the glasses left upside down on the table surfaces (no napkin or anything underneath), ready to be used. 2) although the restaurant was almost empty, probably 3 tables occupied when we came, staff was hard to be seen and didn't seem interested in new arrivals. 3) the garlic bread pieces served were probably 1-1.5 inch thick and the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was out first time visiting and were looking for something different from the usual white spot or red Robin's. I was surprised it was so busy at 5:15 mostly grey hairs lol. we were greated right away. a lady nudged right past us looking for her pick up order and I appreciated the hostess noticed and sat us first. the waitress was very welcoming. we had a small booth which was very comfortable but it felt like we were sitting with the other table for two as there isnt really much of a barrier and because it's for two you are sitting right on the end of booth. I had the steak and deep fried shrimp. it came with a baked potato mushrooms, green salad and a HUGE piece of garlic bread. boy was my husband happy to see that. the steak was tasty not the best but good. they leave sour cream, bacon bits, chives and butter at the table, which I loved. the mushrooms we just ok and I didnt care for the shrimp. I guess I had something different in mind. it was butterflied shrimp from a bag. it might of been the person next to us had lasagna and it looked so good. husband had the 12oz sirloin with baked potato mushrooms garlic bread and caesar salad. he enjoyed the salad but garlicky. we shared a piece of cheesecake that was delicious. the place got so busy. large parties for birthdays. now the down side the party for 15 was right next to us and they were so loud the feel of the restaurant totally changed. didnt help one guy had the loudest laugh I have ever heard and people were constantly getting up and had their butts right against our table. good thing we were half done by the time they arrived. the prices were very very good the steak dinner was 21.95 I've paid more for a burger and it's really nice to go to a place that has a more family feel but get there early or have a...

I ordered Meatballs,Lemon Roast potatoes+ Parmesan pita.. I said I'd go to the lobby to get it.. Delivery guy,was to call me to go down to meet him.. He never got that message from the restaurant..He came up. The cost was 22.00 I gave a tip There was no napkins, plates or cutlery put into my bag.. I had a WHOLE conversation about the RAMADA recommendation about their food& you can't give me cutlery too? I called to talk to the manager& he said ,I didn't request cutlery or napkins..& they are costly to just include them..(Excuse) He also said, their Anniversary of their restaurant was tonight,& they were very busy .( Excuse I guess) So,WHOSE to blame here..? Why would I order meatballs& Roast potatoes,if I thought I'd have to ORDER CUTLERY & NAPKINS? I should have just got Pizza there.. For a fancy Greek Restaurant,I expected more ,from a manager. Don't charge lots for food& cheap out on ACCESORIES TO EAT SAID FOOD . It's 2025, not a medieval Feast where we eat with our hands.. Barbaric if u ask me.. Make SURE you ask for a soup spoon for soup,or Fork or spoon for Dessert when u order,or be prepared to eat Tiramisu or Cheesecake with your hands.
