Apna Indian Kitchen — Restaurant in City of Langley

So I ordered from this place before and loved the food. Therefore, I ordered again and my abolsite favorite is gajrela and just to have that I ordered main food along with it too via Uber eats. Upon receiving the delivery the bag was sealed and when I opened it one item that was missing was gajrela- the one item that I was absolutely craving. So I called the restaurant and OMG the guy who answered the phone, incredibly rude, not polite at all, unprofessional. He didn’t take any responsibility. Therefore, asked me to report it on Uber and he was not helpful at all. No apology, nothing to get it fixed and he hanged up the phone while I was still explaining him my situation. They don’t even care if they are losing customers based on their service. You work in the service industry and sadly you clearly failed and I am pretty sure this restaurant really genuinely doesn’t care how the customers feel and in all honesty I have never posted such review but I was completely shocked the way the restaurant handled the situation. I paid for the order, had an item missing, all I wanted was gajrela which they apparently make soo good but they have lost one...

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Dhyan Singh's food from Apna Indian Kitchen for my Son's first Birthday and I can confidently say it was the best Indian food we’ve ever had! From the first bite to the last, each dish was packed with authentic flavors and made with fresh ingredients. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was exceptional, showing his attention to detail and passion for his craft.

My wife and I hosted a pre-wedding welcome party in June at the Westlund Building in Langley and we had Apna Indian Kitchen cater our event. We had a stressful last-minute venue change and Jaggi and his team were so amazing and unphased by this and just went to work with our situation. They worked extremely well with us, our planner and the event space staff to pull off our event without any problems at all. His team was very professional and attentive, and Jaggi was awesome managing the event and working the bar. The food was amazing. Our gusts were a mix of ethnicities (including Indian), and everybody thoroughly enjoyed all the food. The apps were delicious and creative, and the dinner was fantastic. The mocktails were inventive and refreshing and the desserts were top notch. My wife and I were very impressed by their food and professionalism, and I highly recommend them for any catering event!
