Pizzaville — Restaurant in Collingwood

I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I always tip, I'm polite, and I love your pizza. Recently you've stopped making my regular order correctly. I get two pizzas for my family, one thing crust and one regular but you always make both thin now. Sometimes the driver even mentions it and offers another pizza, as though I'm going to wait another 40 minutes for the other half of my order. If it was noticed, why wasn't it remade at the store before delivery? Why would an incorrect order be delivered after being noticed? Today I placed a polite note with the order to please only make the Margherita thin crust. My other pizza was even thinner than the Margherita pizza, almost like it was on purpose. I can't tell you how disappointed that I am. I don't like thin crust. I tried calling but can't get through to the store, only the call center. They said that can send me a new pizza or give me a 50% credit for next time. I don't think that's fair. Dinner is over so I'm not waiting for another pizza, and now I'm worried my order will be tampered with for saying something about it. It was my favourite pizza in Collingwood.

Ordered pizza and chicken poppers at 6:50; around 7:45 I rec'd a phone call from the delivery guy; he was lost. Knowing the address he was at, I told him how to get to our place, and that I would meet him at the end of our driveway. After about 15 minutes I saw, what I would later know as his car, drive past me at the end of my driveway, once, then again a 2nd time. I called the call centre, as detailed on the auto-email. She said she'll call the local Pizzaville. By the time he finally arrived (8:20 - 8:30) the pizza was cold and tough. I had thought my call to the call centre would have had a record of why I called, but when I called again today to complain, turns out their records only show that I did call, and not why I called. A $10 credit was all they could do apparently. We have a pizza and movie night nearly weekly; I'd recommend Topper's in Collingwood. Two stars; the delivery guy being obviously flustered and...

Spent our vacation in Collingwood & decide to order takeout here. Ordered online & says usually take 20min. So glad I set the timer & went there right at 20min. Too bad the app doesn't show the progress. When arrived staff told me he just got the order 5min ago. But then apologize when he looked closely at the time printed on it. I wasn't angry at him as he apologize immediately saying it's a busy day & said takes another 5min or so. And I think it depends on when the central system sent it over to them.

It's mainly the way how polite he's dealing with the situation which gives me patience. I ended up waiting for 40min in total for my order from the time I ordered it. It's late and I was with my kid but it's OK because of their attitude. The staff offered us some free pops and desserts too for getting us wait.

The pizza and wings are great and very hot. And the place seems clean (although I only stayed there waiting...
