Muskoka Jewellery Design — Attraction in District Municipality of Muskoka

I contacted this jeweller. I'm looking for a ruby and diamond ring. When I contacted this business all I got back was a very sarcastic response. Will never do business with this place. When I said there website wasn't user friendly they sent me a story about how the owner wanted a new shirt.

And when Mike responded he made it me in the wrong because his website sucks. He told me that he felt sorry for me because I felt the world had wronged me at 8:30 am on a random Friday. Wow. And now I see Mike has added the let's be honest I wanted an apology. No I didn't ask for an apology. I told him I was looking for a ruby and diamond ring, not once has that been addressed, just an attack on a prospective client. Could have just said no. I'm guessing something of the quality of a ruby and diamond ring is something that Mike wouldn't have the experience or expertise to have in his store, so rather than saying that isn't the type of thing we sell he told me how he feels...

We have been up here for almost 7 years and have frequently admired the unique beautiful pieces of jewelry in the window. We finally stepped in a couple of weeks ago a bought a beautiful Muskoka themed ring. My hubby had an old spinner ring with our children’s names on it that was broken that the jeweler was able to not only repair but restore to a bright shiny new like condition. We are so happy with the result of this ring repair that has so much significance....

When my gold neck chain broke I took it there for repairs. The owners have a friendly border collie that will greet you if you let it. There's a bearded guy in the back that does all the settings, sizings, and repair stuff. Great eyes and exceptional hands allow him to do the work.
