The security guard at this facility is unreal. I am 6 months pregnant, Apparently due to the fact I was wearing an over grown sweater and had a nap sack, he thought I was a âstreet personâ and thought it would be acceptable to yell and harass me. Telling me I was not allowed to eat in the building(I had a beverage and my half pack of pizza from my lunch out with my sister) and that I had to leave. I tried explaining multiple times that I have an apt and was just waiting until the time due to go up. He started getting in my face and recording me on his phone. I asked multiple times for him to get a supervisor or give me the number for one so I could contact them. He refused each time, getting closer and closer yelling in my face and spitting all over me. Told me he was going to call the police because I was trespassing. I informed him we was more than able to, and I would gladly wait to speak to them. OR that he could call the office my apt was in and they would come down and confirm my appointment. He refused and kept screaming at me to leave.(wasnât happening for my $210 apt fee I pay if I miss my appointment. Finally after about 15 minutes of me being harassed a superior came from the elevator. I explained my situation and he allowed me to go up to my appointment. THEN this security guard is going to the offices looking for me. One of the associates in the building full out hid me in one of the offices and I could hear him carrying on from inside the room. You must be kidding me. This is unacceptable. For a security guard to treat someone like this just makes me sick. Is it because I have a big sweater on? The napsack? The fact Iâm half black? I really donât know. If someone is polite, and respectful; a client of someone in the building they should be treated as such. Not how I was treated. Not for how much I pay per hour to use the service in this building. Be ware. If you look anything different from a buisness person, that security guard will assume the worst of you. God forbid you have your left overs packed up...
