The senior housing apartments at First Place are disgusting and the clientele are sketchy at best (Just drive by the building anytime and check out the residents sitting out front). On the other hand, the Transitional Care facility on floor 2C, which is seperate and run by St. Joseph's, is very good and staffed with caring support workers.
