Horrible service if you want delivery. Don't know why they even advertise that they deliver, because they don't, and they'll do everything in their power to make you change your mind. First time they told us it would be 40 minutes, which was fine, until the owner called back 5 minutes later and said it was going to now be over an hour, when we said that was fine, he then said; well actually it will be 2 or maybe even 3 HOURS!!! (Whaaat?!?) BUT if we wanted to pick up then it would be ready in 10 minutes - no thanks, we needed delivery for a reason. Decided to try again a couple weeks later after being told how good the food was... Their take out menu says they offer debit delivery, so called to place our order again. As soon as I said I wanted delivery he said it needed to be cash... that's fine we had $40 cash. Placed our order and he says its going to be $56, which was way over the amount that we ordered, and when I questioned how it was that much I was told there was a 20.00 delivery charge... That's obscene and nowhere on their menu or anything. Whatever, we wanted Chinese and were told how good it was, so told them that's fine but now we'd have to pay with debit. Absolutely worst service ive ever recieved. Ordered for delivery on a Wednesday night. Woman on phone repeatedly cut me off when I was speaking. Waited an hour and a half, then called to see where my food was, woman just rudely said it was on its way. And i wanted to know exactly how long it would take and she just kept interrupting me. Waited till the 2 hour mark then called to cancel my order because it was taking way too long, and the woman who answered the phone each time, literally laughed at me in the most disrespectful way. After 2 and a half hours a man showed up with my food and told me he was at my house knocking at my door. Which was %100 a lie. He also would not let me speak, and just kept blaming me for him takin 2 - 1/2 hours.!! Then told me he'd be a nice guy and give me ten dollars off, the ice cold food. This post does not give justice to how rude and unprofessional this establishment is. Advoid...

I have never been talked to or dismissed so rudely in my life!! Had to rate a star but I rate it a big fat 0!! Ordered food and the sweet n sour and boneless pork was so fatty it was inedible. I phoned to complain about it and the owner Peter said that I ordered from there all the time and always complained. We have ordered from there two or three times and never a complaint. Always good portions good food. He said that he cooks the best food, nobody else has ever complained and that I should order from somewhere else. He told me that he would not refund my money because if everyone complains he would be out of business. This man made me feel so small and as though I didnt matter. Literally laughing at me on the phone. When I asked what was so funny he said You. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!! WELL PETER YOU GOT WHAT YOU WANTED I WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT ORDER FROM ANY OTHER RESTAURANT...
