I was at your facility on June 17, 2017 for the Golden horseshoe Feis Irish dance competition. I just wanted to say that coming from someone who attends 15+ events like this every year for the past decade from Kentucky through Montreal; one of the biggest hassles is always accessible and affordable food for 8000-1000 people at once. Over the past decade I have never seen a more efficient and pleasent team of workers than who you had working your snack bar today. Exceptional does not even begin to cover the outstanding service, friendly demeanor and sheer quality of effort in both meal prep and dealing with a seemingly unending stream of customers. I visited the Milton sports center today at around 5:30 pm today 10th June, as this was my first time I went straight to the customer services counter, to get some information, to my surprise the lady sitting in the counter was very rude she sounded so condescending and very arrogant even after I explained to her that this is my first time and asked if she could help me. I'LL QUOTE HER WORDS. "Everything is online, so go and check it out." Even though i was very calm and polite, she had this huge attitude. I dont know why .

If there is a customer service counter and they tell me to do my research online, then why do you need a customer service counter. Save yourself some money and have a sign saying everything is online. DONT ASK US.
