Bread and Honey Festival — Attraction in Mississauga

I got to the grounds on Saturday at 4 pm. The organizers at the South entrance told us that the entrance fee is $10 per person and there are no discounts for seniors. without mentioning that the entrance was free from 6 pm, which is not mentioned on the website. We got in to find out that there was no more bread or honey. So after 52 years of running it, the organizers had no clue of how much bread and honey is needed? Or they are trying to save some money? We saw a billboard for this festival and decided to make a stop on our way home. It was much bigger than we imagined! With lots of family oriented activities. We don’t have kids but still enjoyed walking around and visiting the vendor booths. There were lots of interesting things for sale, from hot sauce to hand made crafts to cheese cakes. I went this year and left it didn’t compare to previous years. My niece was super excited to go and have a great time but she just took a stroll and decided to come home because “she didn’t find what she wanted” aka a bouncy castle. Over the previous years, I have seen that along with face painting. They had a lot of rides for bigger kids but not younger ones and those afraid of heights.
