Dundas Medical Centre — Attraction in Mississauga

There was a lady who answered a phone, she sounded like vietnamese or korean or thai (no discrimination intended). We were trying to book for a CBC/blood test appointment, but she is giving me April 2, without even asking me my details and without listening first to what I am going to say and to my queries. The lady was giving an answer which is far from the question. I am not sure if she is attending to another person but she couldve say "for a while" "please hold on" etc. There is nothing wrong with that.

Dr. Park is very accommodating and answers all our queries and very patient with us, I just don't know why this lady (receptionist) is like this. Probably that is why many complaints ive read here is about her.

The rest of the staff is amazing except...

Visited the location on the September 18th. It was easy to get an early appointment, which is usually rare these days! There is plenty of parking available in the plaza. Place was well kept and clean. Staff were very polite and the medical lab technician was also very friendly and assuring while performing the required tests which gave it, a more humane experience, and not a mechanical mundane experience that we normally go through, while having them conducted. STAY AWAY from this clinic. The receptionist who I think is the doctor’s wife is a ticking time bomb. She swears at the patients and has no respect for human beings. I wish there was a site to report this clinic for verbal abuse. Needs to be shut down. I know a lot of seniors go here and think they have no choice and to put up with it but for us we cannot stand this ridiculous manner she thinks she has over us. I would NEVER reco...
