Today I had terrible experience! Ive been a patient for over 3 years. I usually don't care about wait and customer service here, you get what you get from walk-in/family doctor practice. But today it went far beyond my tolerance. Appointment was scheduled at 11.45 and I was seen at 12.30. And its just for simple prescription refill. Keep in mind, I had 2 kids with me, newborn and toddler. No one gives care about it. Not only that, the technician *black girl in purple scrub* that takes blood pressure, was extremely rude. She wasn't taught basic respect to people. She was calling me "hey you" and messing up with rooms. She send me to the room, I came with both kids, got them comfortable and then I hear someone yelling my name at the reception. I came out to tell them that I was already escorted to the room. When reception told technician that she screwed up, she didn't even apologize, just said "you need to go there then". I was like Ok, let me grab my kids, and I hear "hey you, this way" ... I was done at that point. ā—I hope this message finds management ā— I don't care about wait time that much, I got used to it here, but basic respect and politeness (that I'm giving in return) are must.

Google reviews are for the clinics/business to get a positive or negative feedback and to work on the negative ones coz that is bringing them new customers or patients but what I see in this medical reviews are that apart from many issues one common issue is that the staff is not picking up the phone and it takes ages to book an appointment. Now these are quite common reviews from the most recent ones to old ones but I haven't seen any improvement. Another issue is, which in fact I'm facing at the moment while I'm in the clinic waiting for my wife snd it frustating is that she is in her family doctor room for the past 55 minutes and nobody showed up till now and this is not the first time as it is happening regularly. If you book an appointment for a specific time and leave work to see a doctor, that is fine if the appointment is 10-15 mins late but for hours?? Come on people are not visiting clinics for fun but they have issues, if you guys cannot handle more patients just don't take them in. Money is important but if you are drying your patients blood for it, how come you guys sleep at night?

I booked an appointment three days ago for 6:20 AM. I arrived at the location at around 6:11, filled out the form, and sat down. I waited for 40 minutes, and eight people who arrived after me were seen before I was. I waited like a fool. When I approached the reception desk, I was told "sorry." It turned out that I was not entered into the system when I arrived. After 50 minutes, I received an SMS stating that my appointment was now at 7:10, meaning I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to see the doctor. I am disappointed with the service provided by the receptionist today, as she was the one who initially processed me.

I'm always extremely saddened to write a negative review, but it appears that I must to make other patients aware. My mother has been under Dr. Kulpa's care for over 6 years. I reside in Chicago and, unfortunately, am unable to accompany her during her doctor visits. However, while maintaining constant contact with her, I've noticed her blood pressure skyrocketing.

When I inquired about it, she relayed that Dr. Kulpa had mentioned, "There are reasons to be afraid of your heart." This conversation took place a year ago, and I'm unsure of its implications. In my belief, a good doctor should thoroughly explain everything to the patient. I'm uncertain if this was done. Last week, I advised my mom to visit the clinic due to her high blood pressure, and she did.

Upon calling them, I learned her blood pressure last week was 165/76. I feel that with such a high systolic number, immediate action should have been taken by the doctor to prescribe medication and begin treating her hypertension. For some inexplicable reason, he did not.

The kind receptionist at the front desk informed me that if my mom has high blood pressure, she should visit the ER. I find this advice scandalous! I inquired about contacting Dr. Kulpa, and they informed me that it's impossible to reach him.

When I requested my mom's vital history, they made no attempt to find a solution to deliver it to me, simply stating they couldn't share it. I will do everything within my capacity to contact the doctor and obtain my mom's vitals. Dr. Kulpa's apparent indifference directly puts my mom at risk of losing her life, and that's unacceptable.

My mom's age and kindness should not be a reason to leave her untreated, yet that appears to be what Dr. Kulpa is doing. Beware and stay away from this clinic! They deserve 0 stars, and I'm considering legal action against the doctor. .................................... Update to this review:

What I wrote above was a loud cry for help and the only way to contact a doctor. Every review can be changed, and I believe the recipient should be grateful because this way they can improve the quality of the services offered. It is with regret that I note that after reading my review, Dr. Janusz Kulpa handed my mother a letter informing her of his termination of the relationship with the patient. Because I dared to question the quality of Dr. Kulpa's practice as a physician, instead of contacting me/us to rectify the situation and improve his actions in the most arrogant and patient-ignoring (which he took an oath to) manner - after about 10 years, he refused to continue helping the patient, my mother. Also, after my mother brought The Power Of Attorney to obtain medical records, the clinic did not accept it. (This matter is ongoing and I hope to get my mother's medical records). I write all this out of concern for other patients so they know what they might encounter...

Dr. Tarik Patel is our family doctor and our experience with him has only been positive, but my son was sick last week, dr. Tarik was not at the clinic so we booked app. with other dr( random dr. which receptionist offer for me) My son's health card is expired now we are waiting for a new one so I was ok to pay for this app. we came, the doctor examined him, did a urine test and we paid $75 for it. Week after receptionist called me " mom U need to come , results for your son is ready, can U come on Feb 15 at 5 pm?" Of course I came...then something incredibly inappropriate happened.. when I came I told lady in reception ( Stacey - black lady) I'm here just to pick up my 4 y. old son's result. The answer was : yes, but his health card still expired so for today 75 $ again. cause she booked "result-discussion" app. for him. For my question - will Dr. discuss results with a 4 y. baby she hasn't aswer, why should I pay for just pick-up test results I paid last week - no answer, she was so unprofessional, super rude, she interrupted me dozens times, in the middle of the conversation she asked if English is my native language, which had nothing to do with the discussion at all, I'm pretty sure she understood all my questions perfectly. She forced me to pay because otherwise she wouldn't give me the test results..So the duration of the app. was literraly 1 minute - dr. said " U know ma'am, his results are perfect, have a good day!" 1 min app. which I didn't even booked for my son( was actually without my son) but it was paid extra $75. the point is not even in the money, the point is in disrespect for the client, in the superficial manner and lack of professionalism. Never recommend this place to anyone! Stacey's attitude was terrible, I don't even understand how person like her - with zero !!! comunication skills can work as a...

If I could give ZERO stars and write a review I would. I brought my 22 month old to get assessed for what daycare thought was pink eye. After waiting nearly 1 hr to be seen she was diagnosed with conjunctivitis. Not a huge deal she’s had it before. Doctor Odaghara prescribed ointment . Now, for anyone that has had to put anything on a toddlers eyes knows that an ointment might not be the easiest thing to apply . Eye drops for US works better . Once I got home and realized we were given an ointment I promptly called the office to request it to be changed to eye drops . The request was sent through and I was to wait until the doctor was done with all his appointments and just then he would look through the requests for the day . Understandable. The day came and went and my request was not looked at as I never got a call from the pharmacy to say prescription was ready. I followed up the next day with both the pharmacy and office. Still nothing . The receptionist at the doctor’s office was helpful enough to follow up with my request however, her information was not at all positive as she communicated to me that the doctor denied my request. According to him at her age drops are not recommended. Like I mentioned before …. She has had pink eye in the past (3 months ago) and drops were prescribed without any issues. I had my pharmacy send a request to the doctor’s office asking for the drops to be prescribed. It is now the end of day. The office is closed and my request was not approved. Dr. George Odaghara has been incredibly dismissive of my request I now have to take my daughter to get assessed AGAIN in order to get the medication that works for us. Someone is dropping the ball and being great at wasting...
