Very cute store, well curated, good inventory, quality products. The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. Everyone is always smiling.

However, on every occasion that one of the owners were there, not ONCE have any of them responded to my "bonjour" or "ça va?". One even actively avoided eye contact (on 2 separate visits). This really doesn’t line up with their mission or all the rhetoric in their social media videos...

Prices are unbelievable and i got the night cream among other things and im in love, i may have found my new staple. C'est tout simplement LA MEILLEURE ADRESSE pour fabriquer ou acheter ses cosmétiques naturels et bio! Du vrac pour la majorité des produits (les hydrolats, les beurres de karité, de cacao, les cires, les huiles). Des poudres et des argiles PARTOUT et en vrac aussi! Des savons tout fait pour ceux qui n'ont pas le goût de les fabriquer. Il y a un super grand choix de contenants, toujours en verre et de super bonne qualité. On sent que l'effort est mis pour travailler tout en local ou le plus possible, avec un très grand choix de plantes disponible côté herboristerie. Et que dire du service! Le meilleur que j'ai reçu dans une boutique zéro déchet et vrac. Les filles sont super professionnelles et nous donne plein de conseils, même un vendredi après midi quand il y a beaucoup de monde. On sent bien qu'il n'y a aucun jugement sur nos habitudes, au contraire.
