I am so glad I found this studio! Not only is it a gorgeous place but the staff and the clients are the best! I’m not good at yoga but at no point did I ever felt self conscious or like I didn’t belong. Everyone always made me feel comfortable and were attentive to making sure I had both support, help in whatever I wanted to push more but also respect in what I didn’t feel comfortable. Seriously this is a great community of genuine individuals. Even though it’s quite far for me (I live in St-Henri) lemme tell you; the ride is soooo worth it! I’m glad a friend told me to try it! I love a thing I’m terrible at and I’m so excited at every progress I make! I love that I can focus on making my body stronger instead of trying to shrink in to any social construct. I’ve been coming here since their opening in September and it’s truly amazing. All the classes they give are tailored to beginners and intermediate with the variations for each. They have classes for those who like gently yoga flows to those who prefer doing more acrobatics in their yoga. There is a class for everyone! The aerial yoga and acroyoga are among my favorites and they’re extremely fun and playful. Lea and Aboudi are great teachers and know how to make you feel welcome right from the start with no pressure to fo anything you don’t feel comfortable doing. The staff is super welcoming and you feel a part of a community right away. I truly love this place and my weeks feel incomplete if I don’t go to my classes! The space has a warm and inviting energy from the moment you step inside. You’ll be greeted by smiles and good vibes, both from the wonderful instructors as well as the students.
