HORRIBLE !!! This is my first review and let me tell you something it's horrible !!!! I ordered general Thao chicken .... in normal world that comes with rice and possibly some veggies ... oh but no my friends when I called ti inquiry about where is my rice the answer I got is we'll you know sometimes at lunch we serve a little rice ... I said okay well what about dinner ... no rice for dinner ? So ladies and gents after this man who was the owner of the business for the last 18 years said to me with many more insults to my self and my knowledge said no no rice for me ... so I spent 24$ on two portions of general thao chicken that was extremely spicy and I mean EXTREMELY spicy got no rice or veggie what a deal !!! Never would ever recommend this place to anyone the service very hostile and the food is horrible not at all what it's intended to be believe me when I tell you I had my fair share of Chinese cousine and this is definitely not it !!! He refused to refound me and did not offer me rice but went on how he owns the businesses for the last 18 years and that lots of people like only hot spicy chicken !!! Was told 45 minutes for delivery. Called an hour later to check the status of our order and was told the food left 5 minutes ago. After a total time of an hour and a half and no food, I called to cancel the order and was hung up on. Called back and was hung up on again. Finally had someone talk to me and was very rude. They told me they hung up on me because after I asked to cancel the order, they said, "I thought you were done talking.". I was not rude or impolite. They hung up without saying a word or letting me know if I was being refunded. I was refunded thankfully. It seems like there are more than a few fake reviews for the place when you actually read them. And I'm not the only person who has been hung up on or told wrong delivery times. If it was possible to give these guys 0 stars I would do it! First time ordering from them and the order was an hour and a half late. Then I ordered from rhe gluten free menu; was supposed to be General Tso chicken and instead it was just deep fried batter and absolutely no chicken. I cut all the pieces in half to check if maybe it was just some batter on top. The fried rice werent cooked and they didnt bring our drinks. I would have been better off searching through the garbage and finding better options. Also, I NEVER post reviews on anu food places but I cant remember the last time I literally saw my money go to absolute waste!!!!! Never order from them!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not worth it.
