Zain Alsham is an absolute gem! If you're in search of an authentic Syrian food experience, this restaurant is a must-visit. From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
The menu at Zain Alsham is a tantalizing journey through the flavors and aromas of Syria. Each dish is prepared with care and attention to detail, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of the region. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Middle Eastern cuisine or trying it for the first time, the food here will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on your taste buds.
The appetizers are a delightful way to start your meal, and I highly recommend trying the hummus and falafel. Both were perfectly seasoned and accompanied by freshly baked pita bread. The main courses are equally impressive, with a wide variety of options to cater to every palate. From mouthwatering kebabs to savory shawarmas and aromatic rice dishes, you'll find something to love here.
One standout dish that I can't stop raving about is their "Mansaf." The tender lamb cooked to perfection and served on a bed of fragrant rice with yogurt sauce was an explosion of flavors that left me wanting more.
The restaurant's ambiance is cozy and adorned with beautiful decor, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of Syria. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to offer recommendations or accommodate special requests.
And let's not forget about the desserts! Their baklava is simply divine - layers of flaky pastry, filled with nuts and sweet syrup, making it the perfect way to end your meal.
Zain Alsham truly offers an unforgettable dining experience. The combination of delectable food, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service makes it a top-notch restaurant. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or on your own, you'll be treated like royalty at Zain Alsham.
If you're looking to embark on a culinary adventure to Syria without leaving town, I wholeheartedly recommend Zain Alsham. Five stars...

But man! Whoever Is managing this place needs to see what’s happening! Me, my family, my kids were HUMILIATED to say the least. I would comment on the food but we never got the chance to eat because we were asked to LEAVE!

After we were sat down and to order - the girl kept telling us what we are “allowed” to order! And then eventually the man who told us that we can sit at the table asked us to leave because the host of the event had apparently booked out the table we sat at!
Safe to say the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were offered many apologies but - this is not how you treat customers who have already sat down....

I ordered a few dips - which would've been enough as a meal for two. (The dip lasted me for an entire week) I also ordered the fried kebeh, fatayer and a tray of assorted baklawa. If you order the dip, you will need to order pita on the side - unless you have readily at home.
Definitely worth a visit if you are in Oakville or...
