Barker's Bush (NE Trail Head) — Attraction in Ontario

It's a nice trail but I see dirt bikes and atvs on it often and I'm fine with that but I don't like what they're doing to the river banks and thrashing around in the river itself possibly hurting the wild life. Don't get me wrong I'm all for trails being needed for dirt bikes and atvs as the hobby is exciting and is often enjoyed by whole families. I know they're not aloud on this trail but a designated trail is needed somewhere for them to try and promote this trail to stay active...

Beautiful but flawed because of overbuilding. Yes it’s a beautiful trail. Used to be more of it and more into nature. Now it’s bordering future backyards and streets in new developments. If you love the sound of construction and future suburb noises then I guess it won’t bother you. With the construction aside .... I have walked a number of the trails with my kids in warm and cold climates. We call it an adventure. Geocaching options are available.
