Doug Fluhrer Park is a narrow park facing the St. Lawrence River on the east, anchored by the Woolen Mill on the north and up agsinst the Kingston Marina on the south. It is named after a very well-liked and respected City employee.
I'm at the Park once every week to work out at Focus Personal Fitness Studio in the Woolen Mill. We sometimes go outside to warm-up by running up and down the Park's Waterfront Pathway as well as work out on the grass.
