Saw this one of a kind experience on Facebook, and booked two tickets for hubby and I, believing it would be like a haunted house type event, with people jumping out of the dark, scaring the heck out of you. I was so pleasantly surprised to be wrong! This tour of the ship was full of stories of ghosts gone by. Our knowledgeable guide, kept us enthralled with spooky tales of strange, and unexplained events that had transpired on the SS Kewatin. As we continued through the tour of this majestic ship, our guide artfully sparked our imagination while explaining the eerie happenings that had occurred in each part of the ship! The displays on the ship were absolutely breathtaking, and we couldn't stop snapping pictures of the grandeur. We are eagerly looking forward to the regular ship tours reopening in spring of 2025, and are going to be booking both of the tours offered. And personally, I'm so very eager to return to the Garden room of the SS Kewatin, so I can spend more time marveling at the Italian made stained glass windows. Kudos to the members of the cast, all were wonderful, especially in letting me lag a bit behind our tour, as I peppered them with questions of items in the ship that caught my eye. I never felt rushed, in fact, after disembarking the ship, our tour guide spent a lot of time answering my questions and offering more tantalizing tidbits of the ships history. Even though this tour is wrapping up for the year, I strongly urge you to experience the fun in 2025, and, as we are going to do, book a night with the Original Haunted Walk of Kingston - 75 minute Ghost Tour that this group offers.

I had an absolutely thrilling experience on the ghost tour at Fort Henry, and I can't wait to share my happy review! Our guide, Tiz, was an incredible storyteller who truly brought the haunted history of the fort to life. Their captivating narration and attention to detail made the tour extremely immersive and engaging. First and foremost, I would like to apologize for our party of six being a bit late. Despite our tardiness, Tiz greeted us warmly and ensured we seamlessly joined the group. Their professionalism and understanding made us feel at ease and ready for an unforgettable evening. The tour itself was both spooky and incredible. The eerie atmosphere of Fort Henry, combined with Tiz's masterful storytelling, sent shivers down our spines. What made it even more extraordinary was the option to explore the tunnels under the fort. Going down into the depths added an extra layer of thrill and mystery to the experience. However, I would advise future attendees to wear proper shoes for this tour. The ground in the tunnels was slippery and uneven, which made it essential to have sturdy footwear. Ensuring your comfort and safety will only enhance your overall enjoyment of the tour. Overall, the ghost tour at Fort Henry exceeded all expectations. Tiz's exceptional storytelling skills, the spooky ambiance, and the opportunity to venture into the tunnels created an unforgettable and spine-chilling adventure. If you're ready to be immersed in ghostly tales and uncover the secrets of the fort, this tour is an absolute must-do. Just remember to wear appropriate shoes and prepare to be spooked!

Guide (Liam) was excellent. Tour was interesting with lots of ghost haunting stories. We went on the ship out of Kingston build during the Titanic era and the ship itself was amazing to see. It was hot on the boat (they didn't have air conditioning back then!) so I would suggest bringing a hand fan and bottle of cold water. They were kind enough to give us a bottle of water in the gift shop and just asked if we wouldn't mind leaving a donation but it wasn't mandatory. They didn't have water for sale in the gift shop. I would suggest they add a vending machine or small fridge with water for sale. I think the girl actually gave us staff water (it had an initial on the top). I was very grateful as the ship was very hot. The set up in the ship was very good with each of the guest rooms set up in a different passenger theme. The guide gave us enough time to check out all the different areas. I would recommend this tour and am going to be looking for others from this company. Thanks for a great night on my birthday celebration weekend!

In my opinion there needs to be more of a WOW factor, which can easily be done. The stories were interesting, but the tour guide completely lost his audience. Our tour guide, Liam, did not keep his audience engaged during the walk, which made the walk feel like it was literally dragging. When you think of a haunted walk, you are hoping something 'spooky' will happen, real or pre-planned; a flickering light, a random person giving you a jump scare when you least expect it, someone standing in the distance doing something eerie...etc. I don't fully blame our tour guide because he only had so much to work with.

Additionally, something to consider when you're having the K-Pass agency booking attractions such as The Haunted Walk...

The Kingston Ghosts and Mysteries Trolley Tour and the Original Haunted Walk of Kingston are way too similar which made the walk feel like a complete waste of time. The walk simply did not offer enough theatrics. I can honestly say that The Kingston Ghosts and Mysteries Trolley Tour bring the WOW factor. I can appreciate that every tour guide have their own individual and creative ways of telling theses stories, however it was the same story with the exact same information which left me almost bored to death during The Haunted Walk, which frankly is the only thing scare worthy that happened...
