Visited December 2021 for son's second birthday.
Very spacious.
Incredibly clean.
All equipment is in great shape.
Price for the party room was steep but the staff were accommodating. Nobody rushed us out of the party room which was nice. The pizza was decent; two big pizzas for our party. We got juice boxes and water as well. We brought our own decorations but they basically had their own. We weren't allowed our Baby Shark balloons which sucked but they had balloons there. We brought our own cupcakes from an accredited bakery. We got tickets for our guests to get Keurigg coffee and tea. Our presents remained on a trolly they had, we opened them after.
The couches and chairs they have for the adults are super comfy.
Staff advised us to eat the pizza and then dessert. They were decent with suggestions and seemed eager to please. They also wrote my son's name on a blackboard.
Son didn't care for the toddler section but my friends' 1 year old loved it.
My son loved the projection game but I felt that the games switched too fast.
The climbing equipment is so well kept. I like that they didn't fret when I went to assist my son in the bigger kid's section. My son loved the steep blue slides but at his age, I went with him because he banged his head off it.
Inside of the climbing equipment, there's punching bags, a bridge, a road bridge and enclosed slides. As a kid, I would've loved it. I kind of thought it fun even now as an adult.
They had kites as decor and also had this cute Santa Claus display where the staff lady offered to take a picture of our family which was very nice.
My friend's older children (3-6) absolutely loved it. Because of covid, I don't know how busy it'd be normally but on a Sunday night, it wasn't too bad. For a long time, it was just my party there.
I think, ideally, my son needs to be a bit older to fully enjoy it but I intend to be back and am happy there's a local...
Read morePrice: over priced because there aren’t many indoor playgrounds in the region sadly
Space: small/medium. I expected the place to be a lot bigger for the price I paid. Also they have slippery hardwood floor and try to sell you the skyzone socks so your kids don’t end up in the emerg so pls bring those. Why can’t they just have sponge floors? Or carpet? From a cleaning point i get it but as a buisness you gotta invest in safety and the upkeep of that.
Structures: So they have nice play structures BUT the place gets sooo ridiculously crowded that kids don’t even have fun. They are just stuck defending themselves so other kids don’t push them or trample them.
Overall, I think this place has monoply right now due to lack of other indoor playgrounds so they charge so much and do not allow you to bring your own snacks so your kids can cry and whine and beg for their over priced on site snacks that you can just bring yourself. Kinder eggs that we get at dollarama are $2 plus tax.
My overall experience from the over crowding, the upselling socks and only allowing food they sell it seems the owner is hella greedy. Also my kids picked up a some sickness here too so goes to show it is not super clean as the lady tries to make it seem from her hardwood floors.
I really hope another indoor playground with a better layout, price/policies and management opens up bc i would hate to waste my...
Read moreWe recently visited Cheeky Monkey indoor playground, and it was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-organized everything was. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The playground itself was a dream come true for our little one. There was something for everyone – from soft play areas for the younger kids to climbing walls and obstacle courses for the older ones. The variety of activities kept them engaged for hours. The slides were smooth and fast, the hang on zip line thing was a big hit, and my little one had fun playing with new made friends.
What really stood out was the attention to safety. There were plenty of soft mats and padded areas, and the staff was always nearby to supervise and offer help when needed. We also loved the clean bathrooms and snack areas where we could take breaks.
For parents, there was a comfortable lounge area with seating, to enjoy a coffee. It was so nice to relax while the kids had a blast. The whole environment was very family-friendly and safe, which gave us peace of mind.
Overall, our visit to this indoor playground was nothing short of fantastic. The little one had the time of their lives, and we did too! We’ll definitely be back for more fun in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot to let kids burn off energy while...
