Not good. These guys have serious issues with service and do not create an inviting atmosphere.

Firstly, they made my shawarma how I asked - then proceeded to maul it with their hands and tear it apart because they weren’t happy with how it was grilled/ the paper stuck to the wrap. I Ployed the cook to just give me my food and said it was okay. He refused to give it to me! Then, he remade my order - missing 50% of the ingredients I asked for on my first wrap, under-grilled it, forgot to cook my fries.

To make this ALL SO MUCH WORSE. the cashier took the “unsellable” wrap that i originally ordered (and was happy to eat). He sat down beside us and proceeded to EAT THE WRAP I ORDERED IN FRONT OF ME. The very same wrap they refused to serve me. Insane.

So basically they ruined my order. Wouldn’t give it to me (even tho I was happy to eat it). Gave me a new wrap with barely any ingredients on it, then ate my original wrap in front of me. Absolutely pathetic.

This is all not to mention the cold and weird service of the cashier and cook. Just an off putting experience for OVERPRICED sub-par food.

The first few times I bought food from this restaurant food quality was 5 stars. I noticed that the quality went down and prices went up. I went there a few months back and asked for chicken Shawarma. After waiting for 20 minutes, the food was wrapped so I just took it without looking inside to check what they put inside. When I got home, I found beef Shawarma instead of chicken. I let it go and did not complain. The second time, the meat was drrrry. The third time, I paid over $38 for 2 pop drinks and Lam Kebab. When I got home I was appalled to see there were 4 small chunks of BBQ met with some salads. I stopped going there. Not worth the money. I downgraded my review to one star now. The girl at the counter was very rude to me. I think part of it was because I did not give her a tip. I tip in the restaurant when I sit at table and the server brings my food. First time customer. Ordered the mix platter. For $38 dollars and change the amount of food provided is very small for the price. A single small aluminum pie plate size round takeout container filled with 80% rice (which lacks flavour and tasted stale at the bottom and slighly topped with assorted meat. A single naan cut in half and a sad grilled small tomatoe and half grilled green pepper with two sauces provided. A single portion of salad, meant for two people. Not worth the price for $38 and change. Waited almost 30 mintues for order. The meat was dry and tough, and lacked flavour. Extremely disappointed as a first time customer. Will not be returning. Better taste and value is elsewhere in the city. Not worth the time waiting for the order or money spent. I could have cooked better at home and will after this recent experience, although wanted to support a local business. Lesson learned, that's for sure.
