Extremely rude and unprofessional. First time I ever went there and the lady in the front desk was super rude, and cut me off while I’m talking. She asked me if I have insurance I said no and she gave me a dirty look and said that’s unusual. As I walked in the room to see the Dr I couldn’t figure out who the Dr was because they were not even wearing their white uniforms. The old man that came to see me was rude as well. I started explaining to him about my wisdom tooth he as well cut me off and said “ open your mouth” and then he walked away without hearing what I had to say. He tried to do X- Ray for me without even telling me what they were doing my brother stopped them and asked if it was X Ray and they replied yes. At this point I was very heated I told him I don’t need an X-Ray because I already have it from a different location I tried to give him the number of the location where I did it so they can contact those people and get my X- Ray by email he said no we don’t do that which is a lie. He told me he can book me for wisdom removal in June I asked him how are u going to book me without even seeing my X- Ray? I told him no and he walked away.

This look like a family that are doing business together and they look like they don’t know what they doing. On the phone they told my brother a different price, and I’m person they say a different price. Save yourself and DONT GO THERE. THE RUDENESS...

She'll always give you great advice and the pros and cons of dental procedure to be done on you. There are many dentists in that area, but you need to go to a dentist who gives you the right advice and accurate information for your oral health because your oral health is one of the most important things and it's something you use everyday. Extremely money making and unprofessional. In morning I called receptionist about examine my teeth as my crown removed.I informed that this is not emergency as I have no pain or any sensitivity in any teeth.I can come any time in next week.She asked me can you come today?I went on same day evening about 5.30pm. Dr.Sathy examined me at 6.15pm and took one x-ray.and told me everything good and you can come for filling around crown next week.Receptionist informed me you have to come first for teeth cleaning and after another appointment for filling.Dr.sathy know that I have 100% full coverage of insurance,I declined teeth cleaning appointment.After 3 days I see,they claim Emergency exam fee $120 to my insurance. I informed my insurance company about this fraud examination fee.DONT GO THERE if you have insurance.THE RUDENESS...
