For all the hype there is around Lazeez and as usual, a takeout driven by hunger, though might be overrated, was curious to know if it lived up to standards. Going there, we right away ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, large. And when I say this, please know the people who took our orders were really nice. Very well mannered. However, having also gone to the loo, the maintenance of the loo was absolute trash. And it came off as a surprise that they were laying the bread on the table and that did not look satisfactory either. Though when asked about, they mentioned they were sanitized tables it wasn’t convincing, as even sanitized tables have to have atleast a paper on which the bread can be placed as even the sanitization chemicals are toxic. Read moreI ordered a chicken shawarma wrap this not the first time I've ordered the chicken wrap, the first time it was good, the other two times the chicken was not cooked how it was supposed to be cooked, for that reason the girl used lots of I think garlic sauce and pepper to hide the kinda raw taste of the chicken,apart from I was in my washroom the next day 5 times because the chicken was under cook. I thought the food tasted good, but it wasn’t anything spectacular or different than other shawarma places I’ve been to. The food tasted as I expected shawarma to normally taste like. I’ll probably come back and try other dishes.
The service was good too. There’s a decent amount of seats inside as well, so you could dine in if you’d like.
