My apologies but I think I wrote the wrong address last night. I was just so pissed that I wanted to vent off so I could go to sleep. Is this the Tim Horton's near Sunny Supermarket? Well anyway, here's what happened: I went to your store today (Oct. 10, 2024) at 6620 Albion Road and I was treated so rudely by a particular Filipino man there. He's short and got a big tummy(sorry I didn't get his name). I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a medium pumpkin spice iced cappuccino. He looked at me as if I was talking an alien language (like from space) and asked me, "What crispy chicken? ", in a very condescending way. So I told him there is only one crispy chicken on your menu on the screen so why do you ask what crispy chicken? It's among the craveables, I added. "So, you should have said, the craveables!!!", he responded in a smugly and angry tone and turned away. So I turned to another lady and asked her if there is another crispy chicken in the menu, and she confirmed there was only one. Then, this very rude Filipino guy left his post at the till and came towards us to tell me that I have to be specific because there are several crispy chicken on the menu. I am sure I gave a very specific order of "CRISPY CHICKEN" which I was literally reading from the menu on the screen. Yet, he insisted there were several crispy chicken on the menu. He said I could have wanted crispy chicken in a wrap. But I didn't ask for a crispy chicken in a wrap!! I ordered only CRISPY CHICKEN" AS WRITTEN ON THE SCREEN. He acted as if I do not know what I'm talking about, when the fact is, HE IS THE ONE WHO DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS SELLING!!!! I always come to this Tim Horton's Cafe each time I do my marketing at Sunny(a neighboring supermarket) and each time, I was treated with courtesy and kindness until today, WHEN THIS OBNOXIOUS MAN SERVED ME!!! He kept blubbering about crispy chicken and I told him he was wrong, yet he kept insisting he was right and doing his job correctly. So I told him that I can go on arguing with him the whole day if he keeps insisting he was right and to my horror, he asked me,"What do you want me to do? Do you want me to scream at you?!" I think he needs more training in treating your customers right and remembering and understanding your entire menu. AND PLEASE KINDLY ADVICE HIM NOT TO GO TO WORK ANGRY!!! I AM REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE KIND OF SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY FROM TIM HORTON"S AT 6620 ALBION ROAD. When I got home, I told my family the experience I had at your store and to my surprise, all of my nephews, nieces, and cousins described exactly this rude Filipino man to me!!! They also observed or got the same treatment from this obnoxious person. I will go ask my friends and neighbors about this tomorrow, see if they to8o were treated the same way by this very rude person, and I hope you do something about this. I noticed from the reviews that there are a lot of complaints about the service at your store. That is not a...
Read moreI’ve had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons location over my last 2-3 visits within the past week, and I feel it’s necessary to address all the concerns I encountered. Despite there being no queue ahead or behind me, I had to wait for 10-15 minutes each time just to place my order. No one approached me to take my order until I personally asked, which was quite frustrating. On two separate occasions, I ordered a cappuccino and a café latte, but both times the cappuccino tasted completely off and was far from the standard I expect from Tim Hortons. Even after requesting a replacement, the second cup was equally disappointing, making me wonder what went wrong.
In addition to this, I requested specific sweeteners for my café latte, but they were unavailable at the time. I also asked for chocolate hazelnut in my drink, which the staff denied having, but I noticed the bottle was there. Unfortunately, the bottle was in an unhygienic condition with residue sticking on the pump, which was quite concerning for me. I even captured a photo to highlight this issue and have attached it for better understanding.
Since these issues have occurred repeatedly, I am unsure whether this is due to a lack of staff, negligence, or some other underlying reason. However, I believe it’s important for the management or higher authorities to look into this matter and provide a proper resolution. My intention is not to degrade or target this particular store but to ensure that these recurring concerns are acknowledged and corrected. I hope my feedback is taken seriously, and I look forward to an...

I was charged $4.19 for a $1.59 small coffee at this location on March 27, 2025 using the Tim Hortons app and Tim Card. I only got one cup, but was charged more than double. (Proof available via app history.)
I contacted Tim Hortons Guest Services many times. They said the store would handle it, but I never received any reply from this location.
I made it clear that I can’t visit in person, and asked for a refund via Tim Card or original payment method, but nothing has happened for over a month.
It’s not about $2.60 — it’s about trust and accountability. Please fix this.
Update (April 7, 2025): Thank you for your reply. I already contacted Guest Care multiple times through your official website and emails. It's been over a week, and there is still no refund, no clear response, and no accountability.
I was charged $4.19 for a $1.59 small coffee. That’s nearly three times the correct price. I paid using the Tim Hortons app, saw $1.59 on the screen, and walked out with just one coffee. There is no excuse for this kind of overcharge.
Yes, it’s a small amount—but that’s exactly why it’s so unacceptable. If a customer can be overcharged by this much on a basic item, how many others are being quietly overbilled without even noticing? This isn’t just about a refund anymore—it’s about trust.
I’m sharing this to warn other customers to double-check their receipts and app charges. This kind of overcharging should not...
