Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toronto

As a loyal fan of Pizza Hut, I must say that the local Pizza Hut offering takeout only has been a constant source of disappointment. Despite the delicious taste of their pizzas, the rude behavior and consistent mistakes have made it impossible to have a good experience.

The customer service at this Pizza Hut is the worst I have ever encountered. The staff members are impolite and unhelpful, and the manager is even worse. They seem to enjoy arguing and fighting with customers, which makes the experience even more unpleasant. It's hard to enjoy a delicious pizza when you're being treated so poorly.

Even the simplest requests like asking for extra napkins or disposable plates are met with excuses and new stories each time. It's frustrating to deal with the same problems over and over again, especially when it could be easily solved with a little bit of effort.

Worst and rediculous pizza I have ever had in canada. If there was I would give negative starts to this location . Worst customer service . I ordered gluten free pizza for the first time and told the location abt it . When I opened the pizza after coming home , the pizza was sticked to the foil and it was a whole pizza . They dint even cut it and it was uncooked .

I called the store about it and they mentioned it’s Pizza Hut policy to not cut the pizza. This is so strange . How can someone eat non cut pizza which is sticked with the foil plate in the box and is uncooked . They first refused doing anything . Asked for manager ,spoke to the manager and he said we don’t cut the pizza. When asked abt the managers name , the guy said there is no manager here .

So basically they faked being the manager when asked the name and was making the customer fool and others were laughing at the back because I could hear it .

I asked for refund and new pizza to be delivered. Got the new pizza but it was still not good and was uncooked .

Be ready to be mentally disturbed if u want to order from here because they won’t accept...

Worst customer service! We had a bad experience with them during my mom’s birthday. We ordered the pizza in advance, paid, and told them a specific time for it to be delivered (5:30pm). At 5:40 we still haven’t got the order so we called. At first they told us it not ready yet and it will arrive in 15 min. When the pizza arrived 5:50 the guy on the phone I was talking to kept insisting that I haven’t paid yet even tho I told him many times that I have a receipt on my hand. Instead I was told to check my bank account! That is not the right manner to talk to your customer. It is obviously that the person I was talking to is not knowledgeable enough to do his job. When I told them that we specifically ask for a certain time to be delivered, they keep making excuse that the time that we ask is the time they will only start making the pizza. Literally says on the receipt deliver at 5:30! Went to the store and argue with him but he’s still very rude and did not apologize for the inconvenience that they caused!
