Worst service I have ever experienced. I normally order from this location but this experience was just beyond terrible. I called to order a pizza for delivery and a young man answered, he took my order and then confirmed everything. I order a gluten free pizza with no cheese and with tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and olives and wings. 45 mins later the delivery man came and for a gluten free I normally have to pay more. The delivery man left and I opened the box to discover a that it was a normally thick crust pizza with cheese and vegatables. I was so disappointed and called the store to inform them they got my order wrong. I spoke with the same young man and he told me that he will order again and take back the old pizza. I was confused because he made me wait 45 mins for my order and now I had to wait another 45 mins for my real order. Never have I heard a pizza place ask for the old pizza back usually they say you can keep it. No refund was offered or anything just out of courtesy to say sorry for there mistake. He then informed me my manager is not here so I can't do nothing. So I asked if the manager could call me back and 10 mins later he did. He was very rude and would not let me even speak a word. He was moaning at me saying that you can't order this pizza, only I can't put this pizza order in. I told him I've ordered before and your employees have never had issues before. He then say no no very loudly, you can't only ask for PETAL. I then asked as a customer what can you do for me since it was your employees fault and he told no it's not it's yours. You shouldn't have ordered, then I told him but then why do you advertise it. He would really let me speak, he was shouting at me on the phone and didnt want offer me anything no refund not free pizza. Just to deliver this pizza and give the old one back. I was soo angry how hes deals with customers, just so rude and no caring. Blaming me for the order, when clearly it was your employees fault. Worst place ever will never order from this place. PLEASE DONT ORDER THE WILL SCREW YOU OVER BIG TIME. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THETE CUSTOMERS AND SHOUT AT YOU. DISCUSTING BEHAVIOUR. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARTS IF I COULD BUT NASTY PEOPLE.
The delivery man also complained saying that the manager treats us like rubbish, unfair pay and tell us he will report us to immigration he we didn't do the work properly. I called this lady to cancel and apologize nicely but she was so rude.
