My kids went here for lessons for a over a yr, it was ok. Recently, I withdrew them in the middle of the sessions because my son with speech delay, was mocked by the staff right to his face and infront of my other kids. I send my kids here to gain confidence and here are the staff making fun of them. I complained to the supervisor, he made it seem like there won't be any real reprimand, maybe just more training. He should be fired, probably just do the same to other kids (thats why im writing this review). Clearly, they're more concerned about protecting the staff and not the kids. Before that, I had some complaints like they let the kids out of the lessons without making sure a parent is there to get them. I found a little girl, probably age 3, walking around in the outside hallway, drenched and crying, looking for her mom. The staff expected to help with the lessons would be in the pool, not engaging with the kids but only with eachother. Read moreThis facility has been updated a little, but it is one of the 50 yr old pools that is fairly dark and windowless. It tends to be pretty hot inside, but water temperature is OK. Showers are currently blocked off every other shower head for Covid, but cleaning is more regular, which is good. It used to have a lot of hair and dirt on the floors, and still, one sees broken little cheese crackers on the floor. Guards are amiable, and I am happy to have a place to get a swim workout again. I do hope they keep broader lane swim hours even when Covid is over. This has been a real plus for lane swimmers...
Read moreI recently visited Albion Pool and Health Club, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at the reception. The female staff member I interacted with was consistently rude, showing little patience or respect during our conversation. Despite my attempts to remain polite and courteous, she dismissed my questions and spoke to me in a condescending tone. It was disheartening that a simple “thank you” was met with no acknowledgement.
