Sherway Gardens Mall, located in the heart of Etobicoke, Ontario, is a premier shopping destination that combines luxury, convenience, and a touch of elegance. Since its opening in 1974, the mall has undergone significant renovations and expansions, transforming it into a modern retail paradise that attracts shoppers from all over the Greater Toronto Area. With its comprehensive selection of high-end brands, diverse dining options, and appealing atmosphere, Sherway Gardens has solidified its reputation as a must-visit destination for both locals and visitors.
As you approach Sherway Gardens, the first thing you notice is its stunning architectural design. The mall boasts a contemporary aesthetic with ample natural light filtering through large skylights, creating an inviting and pleasant shopping environment. The layout is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through its two levels of retail space. Whether you’re in search of designer clothing, luxury accessories, or unique gifts, the mall offers a curated selection of over 200 stores, including renowned brands like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co., as well as popular retailers such as Apple, Zara, and H&M.
One of the standout features of Sherway Gardens is its commitment to providing a premium shopping experience. The mall is meticulously maintained, with clean and well-kept facilities that enhance the overall atmosphere. The spacious corridors are adorned with tasteful artwork and greenery, creating a serene backdrop for a day of shopping. Additionally, the mall offers amenities such as comfortable seating areas, free Wi-Fi, and family-friendly services, including nursing rooms and stroller rentals, ensuring that visitors of all ages feel welcome.
Dining is another highlight at Sherway Gardens, with a diverse array of options that cater to various tastes and preferences. The food court features a mix of fast-casual dining options, while the sit-down restaurants provide a more refined experience. Visitors can indulge in a variety of cuisines, from Italian at Maggiano’s Little Italy to Asian fare at The Sushi Bar. For those seeking a quick bite, popular chains like A&W and Tim Hortons are conveniently located within the food court. Whether you’re in the mood for a leisurely meal or a quick snack, Sherway Gardens has something to satisfy every craving.
Despite its many strengths, Sherway Gardens is not without its challenges. Parking can be a significant issue, particularly during peak shopping times and holiday seasons. The mall offers ample parking spaces, but these can fill up quickly, leading to frustration for those trying to find a spot. Additionally, the sheer volume of visitors can create crowded conditions, especially in popular areas like the food court and around key retail stores. While the mall staff is generally helpful and courteous, the potential for congestion can detract from the overall experience.
Another area for improvement is the pricing of some items. While many high-end brands justify their prices based on quality and exclusivity, certain retailers may not offer the best value for money. Shoppers looking for bargains may need to be more discerning, as the selection can sometimes lean toward premium pricing. However, the overall shopping experience at Sherway Gardens is still enjoyable, and the quality of products often reflects the investment.
In terms of accessibility, Sherway Gardens does well to accommodate all visitors. The mall is wheelchair-friendly, with ramps and elevators strategically placed throughout the facility. Additionally, the staff is generally attentive and willing to assist those who may need extra help...
Read moreThis is a major shopping mall that has so much space! Popular with mall walkers and very high end, however remember pleased to be kind to less fortunate people.
Things can be a little bit expensive at this mall and it's a very beautiful mall I feel like if I sneeze in this mall that people will look at you with a nasty glare!! 😶😅
Meaning please that no matter who you are when you're shopping in this mall be kind and polite but forgiving because after all it's a shopping mall!
There are clothing stores and clothing stores and more clothing stores. Did I mention there are clothing stores? There's also lots of delicious food... Mmmm
Myself I enjoy visual stimulation. Meaning I literally like artwork and I like plants I like animals and fashion is nice mainly I like girls fashion but not to wear myself!!
So be nice to people and whether you're flirting with somebody or trying to sell somebody something please try to remember not to be snooty or rude.
A smile is the most beautiful thing you can wear so you can buy something here whether it's to eat or to wear or to experience like a game or a fragrance!!
Frankly now I am 43 years old and I have a limited income and this mall is very beautiful. Makes me wish I had a sugar mama who wanted to take care of me!😉
So no matter your age or your background, no matter your cooking ability language skills or fashion sense. Please enjoy your experience here and like my review!
I really like walking around you'll see a lot of nice mall walkers in this mall. People doing their laps getting exercise so be kind to those that you mean please.
I have an injury which people cannot see and even though I still look young it sucks not to be able to afford the things that make me truly truly happy.
Now again it's not about materialism so please try to be generous with others not just financially with your words & with respect to time be patient with people.
The staff here do a good job of trying to keep things clean inside and outside the mall. Security, Please remember to be tolerant of shoppers of all income!
Otherwise enjoy I put a few pictures from a few of the shops. People find it uncomfortable if you take pictures even though there are cameras everywhere.
That's why I said please be respectful of others especially security because many security can ruin people's life by accident while just doing their job.
Thank you to the security and the cleaning staff and shop owners as well as you the customer! Plus smile when you come to this mall everybody is frowning.
I'd love to see everybody smiling and being polite and flirting with each other instead of grumpy and seeming antisocial or judgemental. Smile...

I just had a horrible experience at Sephora, Sherway Gardens! I asked for help from an associate, who was talking to her colleague, and I guess I interrupted their chat so she wasn’t happy about that! She walked over so slowly, and I explained I’m looking for a specific lipstick that I couldn’t find on the shelf and asked her to try and find it in the drawer, she proceeded to take her time looking for it on the shelf when I already told her I did so! She told me her “job description” dictates she has to go step by step in looking and she needs to find the place where that lipstick is displayed on the shelf! I thought it was cuz there’s a number she needs to find on the shelf in order to find it faster in the drawer!! She wasted more time, while my daughter was already at the cashier waiting, then she finally opened the drawer, to reveal a mess of lipsticks all over the place! So I asked why did u need to look for it on the shelf when the drawer itself is messy, and she proceeded to share how her “job description” dictates blah blah, then she goes on to say “you are not hearing me but I have to do it like that, are you not hearing me”?!!! And she said it in such a rude, belittling, condescending manner!! Like I’m just supposed to be spoken to like that, then I’m supposed to accept it, just because!! I decided to speak to her manager, Julia, who listened quietly to me the whole time then said: “ok, I hear you, this is a coachable moment, I will speak to my staff, but there’s nothing more I can say!!” No apology, no validation, no “this is not right”, no “I’m sorry for this experience”! NOTHING.
Personally, I will never walk into Sephora Sherway Gardens again!! I spent $170 to get horrible customer service, a rude staff member, and an apathetic, uncaring manager!!
I’m royally sick of the disgusting, horrible customer service we are receiving across the board in Canada! The service industry should truly be ashamed at the very low level of customer service they’re providing us with!!! Managers should take customer service seriously and staff should know to smile, be helpful, friendly and do the job they’re hired to do, and not be so bothered by their chat being interrupted!! You’re at work, act like it!!!! Raise your game and stop being absolutely horrible at your jobs, because we have to deal with your lack of professionalism and rudeness and it’s not fair!!! @Sephora, do a better job of hiring the people we will have to...
