I have never dealt with a better service provider in any industry! The best flower shop in the city, and the kindest owners!!!

I recently moved out of Toronto, and arranged to have monthly bouquets sent to my mother. I am so glad that I walked into this local shop because they have gone above and beyond in providing both beautiful elegant bouquets, and amazing personalized service. The first time they made the delivery they made sure to meet my mother, and then each and every month they sent me pictures of the gorgeous pieces they have been sending. They even updated me on how my mother was doing. Spectacular!!!

I ordered a bouquet the day before, I chose Nana because it was the closest to where I was delivering to. I’ve ordered flowers from other local florists but this one exceeded my expectations. The bouquet was full or beautifully bloomed flowers and some still waiting to blossom, allowing the recover of the bouquet to enjoy the flowers in the different stages of bloom. I find many bouquets are missing greenery, this bouquet had an abundance of greenery which was not just a filler but really complimented the arrangement. I chose a designers choice and was pleasantly surprised at what a variety of flowers they chose and how well it all worked together. This will now be my go-to florist for when I’m sending flowers...

Sean and his son worked with our family in the selection of our funeral flowers, to create our vision of simplicity. The white orchid sprays and white lilies nestled alongside our lucky bamboo arrangement, offered us the ideal respite, energy and vibration we were looking for, not to mention the perfect stand we were looking for.
