Worst experience EVER!!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Horrible service and extremely rude staff. I was SO SO disappointed. My boyfriend ordered us two boxes for a special occasion picnic that was reserved for a certain time and it was confirmed with the company that it would arrive at 1 for our 1:30 picnic setup. Paid over $177 for 2 individual boxes. First, only one box showed up when I called to ask them what was going on. They said oh sorry, our kitchen made a mistake. We Will send out the other box and they offered to give us a gift certificate or a box for another time which fair enough that’s great. So we had to push back our picnic time and she said the box would arrive by around 330. It did not show up until 4 and then when the driver got there, they complained about having to come and deliver it and find us. Once we finally got our boxes, we had to change the entire location of our picnic because the park it was arranged at was already booked up at that time. When we open the 2 boxes none of the food was fresh. Two strawberries in the box for rotten, and there was hardly any variety. it was a very disappointing box. 50% off the Blueberries were rotten and wilted, the cheeses were all soggy. Crackers were soaked. Don’t waste your time here or money here. When my boyfriend texted the company back saying where’s the gift certificate that you offered she said oh no, that was only if you didn’t get the other box delivered. WHAT!?!? What kind of service is this! You don't deliver what we ordered, gave no compensation, driver was rude and the fruit was rotten and the box was unedible. :(( on top of everything when my boyfriend explained the situation with everything and how our entire days plans had to change and was essentially ruined, she responded with “I don’t need your business” and said we were disrespectful!!! 😳 When my boyfriend showed me the text it was flabbergasted!! Can’t believe a large company would be so rude to a first time customer. And that’s fine you don’t want business, I am happy to go elsewhere where I am treated...

Very rude and they asked you to pay extra $20 for delivery but they send missing boxes and they don’t apologize they lying and they don’t want to take responsibility and they so rude and telling the customer we don’t need your business wow. What kind of attitude is that?

I order they day before and call them that if they can deliver at 1pm but the eh only deliver 1 item, they want us to wait until 4 pm. But in the end they don’t apologize the delivery girl told me is hard to find a place like literally I need to message them the address again. They blame us that is hard to find the address what kind of customer service is that. They promise of discount the next order of business but they totally lied about that is absurd and rude. They ruined our date picnic I supposedly 1:30 but end up 4pm and because of that the place our closed. Now we need to find another place because of their being not professional in their business.

Sadly for us we cannot corroborate the positive reviews that led us here. We entered at 3:38pm and were told that they were closed. Google said they were open till 4 so we chose to drive here at 3:15pm knowing it was a 21 minute drive. Traffic... we arrived at 3:37pm. He said he could make us a coffee. If we wanted. We did.

I ordered a 2 shot cappuccino and my son ordered a double espresso. I got a double steamed single shot of scorchy milk. Maybe the worst cappuccino of my life. I'm 49. My son got a triple steamed single shot of ewww yuck. Definitely the worst double espresso oh his 28 years. See photo, the one on the left is a double espresso 🤣

All we wanted was charcuterie. We arrived 22 minutes before closing. I would suggest that if you want to close at 3:38 then do that. Change hours to 3:30. 3 o'clock even. But do not state you're OPEN at 3:59 and be closed. If you're open till 4, then honor that....
