Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! Left nearly in tears over how my nails looked and the way I was treated. I booked a combo gel manicure pedicure service last minute after seeing availability on the website. The salon is very simple, no professional chairs or footbaths for pedicures. The pedicure was okay, although they didn't work on the skin of my feet much just painted my toes. Afterwards they started filing my current gel nails and soaking them in acetone. She then cut my nails way too short. She told me I'd have to pay extra because these are difficult to remove Halfway through removal she said she could get all my old gel off because it was hard gel. For this reason, she said she said my nails wouldn't look good if she continued with the service and painted gel over them. At this point they looked scratched up and half done, but she recommended I go somewhere else where they have better tools to remove it and put new gel on. I wish she told me this when she first saw my nails before starting, which clearly had a thick layer of gel on them. When I suggested making them look a bit better, she rudely brought up how I booked my appointment last minute and was wasting her time. Even after admitting that the removal was incomplete and I would have to go somewhere else to finish it, I was charged $20 for removal and $65 for the most basic pedicure ever. The nail tech was blaming me the whole time even though it was their fault for not properly consulting the nails before removal and not having any electric files. I left with ugly unfinished nails and felt terrible after having to be in such a hostile...
Read moreI did not have a great experience here. My service thay was supposed to take 1.5 hours took over 3 and I didnât even get a good quality manicure. We started off with a design that was taking over an hour and I had to say scrap and to please just paint my nails a solid color so I could go home to my 1 year old. Keep in mind I didnât get out until 620 and I started st 3!!! I will share my list of pros and cons
Pros lady who did my nails was nice place is decorate beautifully they offer tea and water pedicure design was nothing like i asked for and was way over Priced but they did a great job at buffing my feet in the dry winter.
Cons manicure was sub par. My nails were never soaked and she clipped my cuticles hurting me several times. Polish was not applied satisfactorily either *mani took almost 2 hours bc she started doing ombrĂ© and kept saying almost done but it would have taken another hour to finish and I didnât have any more time so left wirh a solid color and nothing like I had asked and been waiting forever for mani and pedi (esp with instant drying gel) should Never take over 3 hours no matter the design they were having payment processing Issues and couldnât figure out how to fix and that prolonged my stay even more. no massage with mani or pedi chairs are not comfy...
Read moreNice nail salon. Absolutely clean, modern and quiet. Staff is nice and friendly. Tyw allow online booking which is convenient. Only complains I have is that although the technicians are very nice and sweet, it is hard sometimes to communicate what one want. Language barrier maybe ? The other one is that you have to be very specific as to what you want done. No room for last minute requests . I understand it is not always possible to accommodate clients because they have another client coming. However, last time I was there, even I had booked a longer appointment to get a design done on top of the gel manicure, even so the technician ran out of time so I could not get it done. I would have to come back later that day to get it done. That was not an option for me and should have not have happened. At time of booking online, they estimated how long it was going to be. Even so, I did not happen. On top of that, although I like the color application, I was not satisfied with the manicure itself. I may o may not come back...
