I feel compelled to share my experience, as it was very different from the glowing Google reviews—which, frankly, makes me question the validity of some of them. It's quite possible for one person to post under multiple profiles.

From the beginning, my interaction with this company was unpleasant. The receptionist was irritated and dismissive when I called to set up a consultation with Tim. When the call with Tim finally happened, I was shocked by his tone—he came across as arrogant and condescending throughout the entire conversation. There was no reason for such hostility, especially in a professional setting.

I remained polite and did my best to stay respectful, but eventually said, “I shall end the call now because I am obviously wasting your time.” His response? “Well, I’m trying to help you!”—which only underscored the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. The entire exchange left me feeling demoralized and disrespected.

Given his rate of $650 per hour, I cannot understand why anyone would choose to pay for that kind of treatment. And oddly enough, he asked me twice during the conversation if I had read his Google reviews—something that now feels telling.

I have to give Tim credit for getting back to me so quickly when no other lawyers were responding to my inquiries upon hearing who I'm going up against. They just keep shuffling me around to more lawyers, advocacy groups and so on that have been absolutely no help whatsoever. Unfortunately I am on such a tight timeline with this there isn't time for me to teach someone what needs to be done. I was looking for somebody to help me that has done this a 1000 times but as everybody I speak with seems to have no clue as to where to start with this.
