RayCam Co-operative Community Centre — Attraction in Vancouver

The best community center in this area. Programs constantly run, geared mostly for the kids. The Family program is most definitely worth checking out. The food is always delicious, many varieties are made. If you are looking for a Summer Camp, by far Raycam's is ultimate. Amazed at all the places they took the kids, many stories flowed out. The staff is a solid team. Always there to help, all you have to do is ask. Knowledgeable and helpful the way they handle the kids, they respect them. Ears listening and following the rules. East end and Strathcona has changed alot and RayCam is a much different place than it once was with a lot of good people and families living there now. It's a different existence in the dtes buy human life has value and no matter what their condition or addiction the people there are all our country men and women someone's son or daughter they are mothers and fathers brothers and sisters and they matter. I will forever be from east end Vancouver and it's east side pride that I hold high for all to see worldwide. May God watch over my fellow Canadians and bless them with freedom from their peril....

Love the Raycam rec centre! Not only does it serve the community exceptionally well it also supports its patrons immensely! They offer wonderful self help courses such as "Circle of Security".... also they have a daycare on the premises for children ages 3-10. There is also a youth group open to children ages 12-18 that meets 3 days a week, designed for the teen that's beginning to wander from the beaten path.
