Bindertwine Park trails in Kleinberg on Islington Avenue, about 2 km north of Major Mackenzie, are some of the tons of scenic trails all over the Greater Toronto Area. The trails are beautiful, well maintained, and surrounded by natural beauty. The best part of the unpaved trails is Humber river which flows alongside one of the trails. However, there was not much water in the river, and the sluggishly flowing water was muddy. There are some tennis courts near the entrance for sport enthusiasts. While returning home in the evening, we saw many players busy playing and watching. The parking lot is not colossal, but it is big enough to get a place to park your vehicle for free. Read moreThis is a nice park with a long, walkable hiking trail. Parking is free and there are ample spots available. There is also a baseball field and tennis courts plus a grassy area. There aren't much in the way of amenities, there is a small gazebo with seating and a table but not much else that I could see. There are some benches along the trail.
