Mario's Meats and specialty shop — Attraction in Vaughan

Mario is an amazing guy who will explain to you everything there is to know about different cuts of meat. He's super friendly and great to chat with. The prices are very reasonable and the selection is good. The quality is outstanding. What attracted me to Mario's Meats is the availability of grass-fed beef at a reasonable price. Mario even has wild game meat in the back such as elk, bison, rabbit, venison and others.

You should know that Mario's Meats offer delivery if you meet a certain minimum to make the drive worthwhile.

Overall, I cannot recommend Mario's Meats enough. I'll be going back very soon for some Mennonite-raised chicken thighs and eggs, as well as grass-fed ground beef. To be clear, Mario has both, 100% grass-fed beef throughout the lifecycle of the cow and grass finished beef, whereby the cow is put on a grass-only diet during the last 3 months...

Great butcher, great selection of meats and great quality. I purchased some chicken breasts and was pleased to know that the chickens were Mennonite chickens and tasted great! Another huge plus for me is that they have a big vacuum sealer and will vacuum seal my meats individually which worked out fantastically for lunch prep. The prices are reasonable as well, if you're looking for a good butcher in Woodbridge, I would not look any further. Mario the owner is very friendly and funny so it's always a good time stopping...
