If I could, I would have given a 0 star to Miniso Vaughan mills store! Such bad experience! The price tag was all messed up. When we noticed the discrepancy of the price, we went back to check with Cashier. They had no patience and kept us aside. The quick action they were taking was replacing all tags and cleaning up all the mess.
I understand you guys want to fix the problem, but you should take care of the complaint customer in front of you first! Also, you didnât ask if we want to return items or price adjustment, you just directly processed the refund and took Pocky Crush from my kids! It was so rude and disrespectful!
When I was talking with you, I left one item I bought from Miniso on the counter, and then it was gone! I talked to you( very rude Indian lady), you were just swearing and said you only took two Glico Pocky Crush for returning. The way she said sounded like I was the one making all the troubles. It is really annoying when you have to deal with this nonsense. She was not helping, she was even making more issues. Finally, they found my tweezer inside of their drawer. There were no apologies from them at all.

Not even outside the store yet. So I said oh itâs broken can I change it. And they would not change it. They didnât care at all how a 4 year old felt and not at all cared how upset I was at the fact that their customer service was terrible. Iâve owned and operated my own retail store for over 20 years and never have I seen such awful customer service considering Iâve worked in malls all this time. Itâs not about the 7 $ itâs how awful I was treated in a store. If you are going to sell stuff as final sale you should check your items before hand. Number 2 where does it state that itâs final sale if it is defective and you haven't left the premises. Staff should acknowledge certain situation. This is basically robbing people of their money by stating final sale even for their own broken defective items. I checked the bill after I walkout the store. Its not a REAL buy 2 get 1 free. I was charged the 3 identical cotton boxes and 1 mask. I went back in the store and the cashiers refused to cooperate and redo the bill. They say its final sale, they cannot do anything. They even say that I already save some money (a few bucks). None of them wants to cooperate. They even say that the store manager is not here today. Even at the door, the poster says buy 2 get 1 free but it doesnt say at all you have to pay for the most expensive 4 even though you have chosen identical items ( i bought 3 each, its a real buy 2 and get 1 free). I believe that the main reason why the cashier did not want to cooperate is because there is also a mistake on the bill. I bought 6 items and its only listing 5 items.
