Mountain Warehouse Vaughan Mills — Attraction in Vaughan

❌❌❌🛑🛑🛑Adi a guy and another lady with an unnecessary attitude (Shivani) behaved very badly with us while we show my brother and my bother in law's student id cards and login. Actually we asked for some discount as per mountain warehouse's student discount policy and asked to pay from card as they are students and they generally don't have sufficient funds in their accounts, But they both Adi and Shivani behaved rudely and forced us to pay from their account so I had to transfer some funds to their account and after they paid from their card, So the question is if we have already showed students id and all necessary documents they asked to prove students then why they forced and behaved rudely for no any reason. And after a lady SHIVANI was laughing on us as she was succeeded to do it. She didn't wear a green belt id cards with her name and when I asked she said I will not show you my name or id, luckily a gentleman at entry provided us her name and I am avle to share my worst experience and a guy ADI doesn't deserve to serve customers, management has to talked to these 2...

The place was a total mess, shoes everywhere, clothes on the floor, no control about anything, they sell a boots to my husband without box and without tag, and he give it to me as a gift, when I try them on it was very uncomfortable and hard at the back so we decided to change it for other boots, and buy an extra jacket for him, when we where at the cash they said they cannot change it, because it doesn't has a box and the tags, we explain them, from the beginning was like that they said that they can't do anything even if I had the receipt!!!!, 😡😡😡😡 I will never buy again here, the service is getting worse and there is zero organization, now I have a boots that are not my size and they are uncomfortable that I have to find the way to use! And they where EXPENSIVE! The place that used to be is gone, no customers service, horrendous Disorganized 😡😡😡😡 this place...

This is the largest and most stocked under our store I’ve ever been to anywhere. The selections are great unfortunately unfortunately, most of the staff were more interested in talking to one another than helping visitors.

I saw two young couples chatting with one another it wasn’t sure if they were staff until I asked. Turned out the worst stuff indeed, but the guys were more interested in chatting up the girls. Very unprofessional. Something for the management to remedy. Half the stuff we’re just chatting with one another while the other staff members were working hard to make up for the neglect. There is surprising to see this kind of behaviour at a mountain warehouse store.

Anyway, they were all friendly enough… Just had a few more people need to understand they have a job to do
