NV Women's Boutique — Attraction in Vaughan

The customer service is not that great. I bought 1 dress my mom 2.The day me and my mom went to the shop there were already 2 customers. I understand for 1 person to handle can be tough but she just said if they were not here she would have helped when both her customers were inside changing. Please don't go looking at the insta page they don't have large size dress and they try to fit you in small sizes.I also showed a dress it was 2 piece and I asked the women working if she can find the top as i found the skirt.She didn't find it. So while still finding that top i found another dress and asked if i could try, but it felt tight, but lady zipped me up. I still said the dress is pretty but feels tight but the lady told me if I wear a shape wear it would be fine. One would really thing she sells clothes every day she would know better, or might be my mistake that i was not able to zip it . So I bought the dress, I didn't have a shape wear so I ordered 1. It came after a week and when I tried on it still felt tight and when I came to return with the tag on, and reciept refused to take it, and give store credit. I asked if they have a bigger size i can take that same dress in big size but they refused. So I am stuck with a brand new dress which doesn't even fit and I can't wear. So please don't go looking at the insta page they don't have large size dress and they try to fit you in...

Just wanted to come on here and express my gratitude to the staff at NV Boutique. I was in the middle of a crisis and needed to find some outfits for a few occasions, some happy and some sad. From the moment I walked in (first time) I knew I was dropping my money here! Not only did I find everything I needed (and more) they were so gracious, kind and very patient with me, my mind was everywhere and they simply helped me focus! My daughter and I shopped here for the first time and had a great experience. In the first 5 minutes I could tell that these two ladies were not out to make a sale, they were genuine. They listened to what I liked and did not like and very honest with each piece I tried on. They understood when I said something was not for me.
