For our 10-year anniversary, I wanted to let my wife know how much I truly appreciated her over all these years. My first thoughts were to talk to Susan at Pallota Jewellers. We’ve been customers and friends with Susan and Peter for over a decade. Their outstanding level of customer service, knowledge and well-meaning intentions are why we go back.

I asked Susan to design a meaningful and beautifully special anniversary ring for me to give to Stephanie as a surprise on the morning of that day. Susan proposed a variety of options to me. She clearly explained the cut, the clarity, the colour, and the carat weightings of the various diamonds that could be selected and assembled into a spectacular arrangement for this special ring. Susan allowed me to make a series of installment payments towards the ring. I became a monthly recurring event at the shop for Peter and Monica, over 9 to 10 months.

The ring turned out sensationally! Stunning! Precision cut diamonds, fully reflecting the light, surrounding the white gold band! Stephanie was overwhelmed!

Phenomenal customer service. I don't feel hassled, and Susan always sees me personally, offers me espresso, and is open and honest about how her diamonds are bought, and the various characteristics of her diamonds. She has made a custom engagement ring, wedding ring and "push" ring for my wife and a wedding ring for me. My wife has been extremely satisfied with all 3 of her rings, and I've sent friends and family to Susan. They've all been very happy and got exactly what they wanted. Many of our custom jewelery pieces have ended up on Pallotta's social media as promo, they've looked so good! Susan is the type of person who will offer suggestions to you but won't try to push you around. She's used to people coming in already knowing what they want and she accommodates their needs and budget, but she'll also describe all the aspects of diamonds to the rookie jewelery buyer and offer opinions on whether to spend more on colour or clarity or size, for example.
