I visited this beauty boutique expecting a premium experience, especially since this is one of the only locations in the city. While the staff were polite and the store carried some nice gift sets, I was extremely disappointed that they don’t offer any gift wrapping service.
When customers are buying gift sets—especially from a boutique that markets itself as upscale—the presentation is just as important as the products themselves. Having to leave and source wrapping supplies elsewhere completely undermines the convenience and experience I was hoping for.
On top of that, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff barely greet you, and from reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue. Proper training on welcoming customers would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
