Rē Sauna — Attraction in Winnipeg

We really enjoyed our experience here at Re-Sauna, I suffer from chronic pain and wanted to give it a try. I did find relief while in the sauna. We will be coming back to do it regularly. They provided Spotify and Netflix to make it less boring to sit for 40 minutes which was amazing! The eucalyptus towels at the end are such a treat, I might start doing that at home!

I did find it a bit strange to get out and have to walk to the shower room down the hall, I would have been a lot more comfortable if there was housecoats provided for use in the sauna rooms as the towels were smaller. It was also strange that the shower only hand hand soap in it, I would have thought there would have been shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps. These things can all be easily brought with you, so if I knew I would have brought them. Next time!

Have had 6 Sauna sessions now since I purchased the 4x a month package. I look forward to my sauna session each week. Robes are provided if you want to shower after your sauna session (I always do). The sound proofing in your private room is really great too. You barely hear anything while in your room. This has been a problem at other massage places I've been to previously. Each private room has a TV with spotify, YouTube, netflix, etc. The 40 minutes goes by so quick while I catch up on some YouTube. AMAZING exerpeince in more than one way. The reception staff was very welcoming, the enviroment was so great. The suana was relaxing (red light therapy was just what I needed too).. All the features (TV with netflix and access to spotify etc.) The only negative was the the towels and smelling very strong of detergent. I didn't want to be a "Karen" however I had to say something.. To my surprise (as customer service anywhere is subpar) the company emails me back and said they would be switching to a non-scented detergent ASAP.. Incredible..
