The Seasons is the quintessential outlet mall experience: conspicuous consumption of brand name products, in an aesthetically pleasing environment. If that's your thing - this is for you.
To start, the food court has a number of unique options (as well as your more standard fare) that cover a wide array of cultural and flavour options. If you've ever craved some dim sum, a specialty burger and a KFC snack-pack simultaneously, it's got you covered (though, at the risk of sounding judgmental - perhaps not the best dietary choice you could make). Parking is abundant and many of the satellite stores are unique in Winnipeg as well (it boasts, among other things, Winnipeg first Popeye's chicken). It's large, well lit and clean.
But lets be honest - you're not going here for the food court. Or the parking. Or even the level of cleanliness. You're going for designer, name brand fashions at lowered prices. On this front, it delivers as well. Saks off 5th is the flagship in that regard (its the only one entrant of that brand you'll find between Chicago and Calgary if I'm not mistaken) as well as your standard high end brand names and numerous boutique stores. Legitimate steals for products can be had (if you're willing to spend the time looking) but the reality is you'll probably be paying somewhere between 40-60% of full price, depending on the product, plus tax.
It's also just down the street from IKEA and a few minutes drive from a host of other shopping options in the form of big box stores south on route 90 - if you need modular furniture or some groceries after buying $200...

Have bought a lot of stuff out here because I am a millennial and IKEAs marketing is very persuasive and American movies have taught me that outlet malls are like a sort of capitalist church. The mall was basically just a trip to the Nike store for me but I liked what I saw and was happy to buy a pair of shoes for half the price I normally would have at the cost of having people who know about shoes being able to see my cheapness. Fat Burger is a genuine treasure. Montana’s doesn’t get enough love.
Ps. Don’t you feel like structube is way out of their league like what were...
Read moreAt this mall if you're looking for clothing you're in the right place. But their are a few exceptions I found the food court had many varieties to choose from. What I look forward to is getting my strawberry crepes & booster juice. The main reason why I go here is because my husband is a regular customer at Chatters Hair Salon best in the city so far.(that's my opinion 💇♂️💆♂️💇♀️💆♀️) Did I also mention the couple of jewelry stores, along with the many kiosks of cellular companies(which sell anything from phones & minutes to accessories...
