It is worth the money and it was fun. The reason for the three stars is if you are in a wheelchair, I would not recommend going to the outbreak room, especially if your wheelchair is motorized, because you can’t see how to navigate and they won’t let you use a light of any kind. The corners are tight and it is extremely dark. For an attraction that claims to be handicap accessible, they obviously don’t understand that people in wheelchairs need to be able to see how to navigate. It resulted in me hurting myself when I ran into part of the attraction because I couldn’t see where I was going. When we complained about it, the person they claimed a manager was condescending and sarcastically sympathetic. The actor told us that we should have been told it was okay for me to use my light, but the “manager” told my wife that wasn’t the case. The actor was very friendly and helpful in getting us out. In conclusion we liked the ride but wished it had been more accessible to me.

My Fiancé and I went later in the evening on a Saturday and It wasn't crowded or busy, so we really got to take our time through the museum and use the props to take plenty of silly photos! The all access pass is only a few dollars more than an adult general admission and well worth it! We walked to the back to the castle to enjoy a 5D ride that my fiancé totally destroyed me in, then to Outbreak for some very enjoyable scares and a good fright from the live actors, just to top it off with a mirror maze! Go through the tunnel on the way to the mirror maze, it messes with you and throws you off to make the maze more of a challenge! We had so much fun we sat in the parking lot for a good bit in our vehicle just because we couldn't stop laughing! The staff in both buildings are amazing and friendly! They made the experience even better!

We did the all access ticket so we could do these three things AND the wax museum next door in a package deal. For the 3d experience, we chose creepy clowns instead of western/cowboy robots. The clown thing was sooo real and they pop up all over the place out of nowhere! My bf won at shooting more clowns than me. Also, I’m terrified of heights, so the rollercoaster 3d aspect had my stomach dropping! Def recommend trying the clown one! Then we did the mirror maze which was fun, I would’ve been kinda claustrophobic if I’d done it by myself lol - finally we did the undead zombie maze which was extra terrifying due to live actors! It felt like we’d never get out of there! But we did! It was awesome! And then we went over to the wax museum which was also fun!

We had a blast! We had a group of 17. They do offer group rates and tickets to multiple attractions, including the Hollywood Wax museum. The Zombie attraction was great, VERY REALISTIC and scary. 😬 The 3D interactive game room was awesome and shows you the top scorer in your group after it ends, also you can watch the people playing on a screen in the lobby. The house of mirrors was fun, but I would do it first because it’s the least entertaining of the three. In you’re in Pigeon Forge area I definitely would check it out.

Ended up here with the all access pass purchased from wax museum visit. Not recommended if you are to pay separately for each visit which is expensive vs time spent (Castle of chaos $15.99+ $5.00 2nd visit, Hannah maze of mirrors $17.99, Outbreak $19.99). Castle of chaos is 5D shooting ride with good animated screen plot, Hannah mirror maze can be dizzy for some, and Outbreak I was the only one to enter and animatronic zombies are okay and staff tries very hard to jump scare throughout the course.

Chaos castle was a fu of way to spend a few hours. The coaster shooting game was shockingly fun. And the mirror maze was a bit harder than I expected. The entrance to it gave me crazy bad vertigo. The wax museum was pretty sweet. Pictures galor! Even if you don't take a lot of selfies it was pretty fun to get to use a prop and grab a few pictures with friends. It was a pretty big variety of figures. Getting the every feature ticket was pretty convenient.
