Needs repairs, a deep clean, and total refresh.

The bad:

This attraction is expensive. It's around $100 for three people (two adults and a child). They do offer a first responder discount of $3 off per person if you ask. There are $2 off coupons in brochures readily available throughout the area.

This attraction has a lot of potential and probably was a fantastic interactive playground when it opened, but it is in dire need of a deep clean and refresh. There are exhibits and games in each section that do not work...in fact, half the exhibits in the first section do not work.

For the size of the attraction, there are not enough employees to maintain each area. For example, outside the hurricane experience, there are supposed to be wipes to clean the safety goggles. The box was filled with empty wrappers, which also littered the floor.

Many of the interactive video game-like exhibits throughout were offline and inoperable. There were hand sanitizer stations throughout, but we never saw anyone wiping down or spraying any of the high-touch areas throughout. The carpet was littered with trash, debris, paper towels, and dirt throughout (and the entire attraction is carpeted).

The attraction was extremely busy, even on a Tuesday during a non-spring break week. It's probably a mad house on a rainy day.

The Good:

My family enjoyed the Canyon Coaster ride experience and the laser tag experience.

The exterior of the building is neat and interesting to view, analyzing how the attraction would have been constructed upside down.

Overall: For the price and value, weighing the condition of the attraction and number of broken exhibits, we would not recommend Wonder Works at this time. We would consider a return visit if it was a brand new attraction or underwent a complete refresh.
