Recently Chatime seems to have “improved” their menu by standardizing across all the stores … for the worse.

Some earlier options were taken away e.g. some drinks only served cold. My pet peeve on sugar - the “0 sugar” option is removed. Why insist that you HAVE TO add additional sugar (even though it’s not pre-mixed) and taking the choice away for health conscious customers?

It's newly opened in the Southside so I went there but have been a frequent patron of that in MOKO. The service is good you can tell the staff are very busy but they managed to be responsive and helpful. The noodles and beef are very nice as usual, nice to see that they have more choices of snacks than that of the MOKO one. Probably because it's new so it's a bit noisy and we had to wait for 30 min even if we arrived at 1140!
