*Best Chicken Wings in Town??...YES SIR!!😋

Wingman PMQ (at PMQ Taste Kitchen), claims to have the “best chicken wings in town”..... that’s quite a tall claim for anybody to make! 👑 But I tried five of their flavors....AND THE VERDICT— Yes Sir!😋 I might’ve broken my personal record for most wings eaten!🌟THIRTY WINGS (five flavors...six wings of each flavor).... and I could still down a milkshake at another joint later...👍🏻.

The only SAD part is they plan to operate for a LIMITED TIME ONLY☹️...at the moment it looks like till the end of Jan-2019.But I HOPE they receive a great response during this TRIAL RUN so that they decide to set up shop on a permanent basis.

CALIFORNIA STYLE WINGS with RAW GARLIC & PARSLEY were my favorite (pictured above). The garlic and parsley came out strong in the first bite and that’s what I loved (garlic flavor works great on any food I guess)😍. This one was the HERO of the menu.... (Metaphorically speaking....the perfect VILLAIN could be the next flavor that I tried - CAROLINA REAPER WINGS.... coz it was SOOOOOOO SPICY🌶 🥵 ... and of course delicious too!!)

CAROLINE REAPER WINGS had a spicy level of 4 out of 5...... so BEWARE .... and better be ready to wipe that sweat from your forehead 😅😅.

The other three flavors were AWESOME in their own right.... but I guess they can be overshadowed by the California wings and Carolina Reaper wings. The other three flavors I tried 😋- WINGS with BBQ DRY RUB; CAJUN STYLE DRY RUB WINGS; HOISIN HONEY GLAZED AND...

PMQ is the former Police Married Quarter facility on Hollywood Rd. and Aberdeen Street which was renovated into a commercial zone for creative industries and modern lifestyle experiences and reopened four years ago

At PMQ you will a few brand name retailers mixed with smaller Hong Kong based brands and small retail businesses. This makes for a unique blend of businesses and interesting array products lines that is quite dissimilar to the conventional Hong Kong shopping mall.

PMQ features art, fashion, children's clothing, photography, stationary, accessories, gift shops, bakeries, cupcake shops, making a refreshing change from the Hong Kong shopping malls which are now dominated by high-end international brand names and luxury shops.

They also have art, social movement and other open exhibitions from time to time. These can be interesting to stop by and see. I liked the panda exhibition shortly after PMQ opened in 2014. There was an interesting HK food truck kick-off during the summer 2016. Too bad the food trucks have been a disaster here in HK, at least PMQ remains a cool place to stop by from...

I absolutely love this place ! One a school, then a police headquarter and now a trendy shopping place. If you love young designer, design and food this is a must go place. A "mall" like no ther in Hong-Kong.

PMQ hosts a lot of very small shops on several flours with that particular trendy, hipster but relax atmosphere you do not really find in any other shopping place of Hong-Kong. Make sure to pay a visit to Kapok, on the ground floor, their lifestyle and fashion selection is so cool ...

The central court often hosts events such as concerts or young designers market.

If you feel like grabing a bite, there are a lot of option but I think the best one is to try one of Levain Bakery insane cookies.

If you just feel like window shopping, this is also the right place because every shops has open windows. And if you do not feel like shopping, you should still pay a visti to PMQ because this is a great place for people watching. the perfect mix between trendy locals, expats...

A trendy (kind of) place to be uncomfortable in style. It seems person in charge of making it human friendly space didn’t not give much care for ease of navigation. Ground floor- single cold drinks vending machine was out of everything cold on a workday with place empty of people. I wonder why it’s empty 🫢 Style means suffering and sharp unsupportive chairs according to the vibe here. Toilet to refresh yourself in the summer heat won’t be refreshing as there was no air conditioning on not even a fan. Confusing signage as to where to find what. Interesting shops. If you want good instagram background and do not care about comfort go for it. Writing this review while sliding off painfully edgy and very slippery polished chair in a dreamy tea house next to a fake green tree. Seriously, is a real flower pot impossible to procure in HK?
