My families and I went to a Chinese restaurant called "U-banquet The Starview" (譽宴.星海薈) located in 1/F, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin, 1 On Ping Street, Sha Tin (沙田安平街1號香港沙田萬怡酒店1樓).
The restaurant is decorated with dynamic waves of lighting on the ceiling,floor to ceiling windows.The whole restaurant is circular curved shaped.

The Angus beef is incredibly tender,soft and has nice beefy fat flavour

The casserole is served sizzling hot!!
The sauce is nicely seasoned!Very flavourful but not too salty!
half lobster is on top!!Chinese version surf and turf!!
"Stir fried scallops with veggie" 碧綠翡翠炒帶子 HKD$198
The mushroom is nicely sauteed with earthy nutty flavour!!Soooo yum!!

But there are a few waitress keep promoting their EXPENSIVE menu and lie to us, said they don’t have another options/menu with reasonable price.
Had a phone call before this meal, and they said will offer us 4 hours of free parking according to the bill / final amount, but end up with two hrs only. Quite disappointed with their responses in person.
Definitely coming back for FOOD, waitresses are helpful but the way they promote/ lie are really TERRIBLE. It takes extra effort/time just to deal with the menu/food ordering and the parking. Feel sorry for the chef, otherwise it will...
